Late night

So I stayed up late finishing the book, Sarah's Key by Tatiana De Rosnay. I just couldn't put it down I just had to know the ending.

I was so moved by this book. I knew nothing about the Vel' d' Hiv' roundup.

I started to cry on page 9 and many more times throughout the book. This book plays an all your emotions.

I highly suggest giving this book a read.

Summer Reads

My sister, Jessica and I, are always exchanging books to read. I have a whole stack of books on my night stand to read.

HATE/LOVE

Deacon received this barnyard moon dough set for Christmas.

This is the third time they have played with it.

Deacon has asked many times to play with it....MANY TIMES.

The moon dough is super fun to play with and keeps them busy for a while.

The fact is that I HATE TO CLEAN it up. The dough gets everywhere and is very difficult to gather up.

I have a love/hate relationship with moon dough.

15 and a half inch Hair Cut

I felt it was time to cut my hair. I have been growing my hair for 3 and half years now.

Kelsey asked Clinton if he wanted to be the one cutting my hair but he said no. It was some what traumatizing to go from super long hair to super short hair. HOWEVER I feel much better knowing that my hair will go to Locks of Love....all 15 and a half inches.
