How Warranty Works
1. Contact Us
Send an email to info@cmsale.com including:
- Your order number or proof of purchase
- A short description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the problem (if possible)
2. Technical Assessment
Our service team reviews every case individually. In many situations, problems can be resolved remotely through technical guidance or replacement parts, eliminating the need to return the machine.
3. Repair
If inspection at our service centre is required, we'll organise the return process and provide a prepaid shipping label for warranty repairs. All repairs are carried out in Poland using original components and manufacturer-approved procedures.
After the Warranty
Our relationship with customers doesn't end after twelve months. We continue providing technical assistance, spare parts, maintenance recommendations and professional repair services to help keep your equipment operating at peak performance for years to come.
