Friday... let the adventures commence

 Social media girl gave her formal resignation when presented with the new contract.  

New welder is out in the weld area making a new mold.

Unfortunately, I do not have helpers today.  I really need a couple guys to move all the plastic away from the weld area and do some serious cleaning.  

Saw this video the other day.  Man if this is the state of the Brit military... wow... they look like a mob of week three Marine Corps recruits in boot camp.  Sloppy.

I seen videos of Mexican Army in full dress uniforms RUNNING carrying rifles at port arms who had 10x the amount of precision as this mob.

Gotta go all legal HR and stuff.

 New day, new workforce.

Spent all morning crafting new workplace contracts.  No more verbal agreements.  

One new welder hired.  I used the Chat GPT to write up a formal employment contract and spelled out the termination reasons, job description, etc.  

Social media girl is begging her job back after I posed a help wanted ad and she saw it.  Then she starting talking nonsense about termination, and bonuses etc.  All of which just annoyed me.  Especially since she was employed on a cash basis.  

So if she wants to play those games, I sent her a employment contract with the new corporation and spelled out all the ways she could get fired and all the tasks she is supposed to be doing.   We shall see there.

This morning the new welders orientation consisted of me, sexytary and him giving the shop a good cleaning, and then he can see where every tool and material is supposed to go.  It was also stressed that the weld area is our show room and it should look good at all times as we get visitors.

The shop sadly over the last few weeks got extremely dirty as the former welder stopped doing any sort of leadership.

Weather here has gotten high 90's.  It is a bear to work outdoors, but we persist.

The soon tobe ex-wife spent all morning sending nasty messages via FB.  With poor spelling, poor grammar, and general nastiness.  Her mask has finally come off.  She told me that she doesnt want my last name, and she angry I did not take her to America.  Greencard Gold digger.  Damn I thought I screen her hard for that one.  But some people are able to hide it.

Board meeting this weekend.  Wife off the board of the corporation.  Sexytary on the board as CEO and COO.  I already know who has my back and who does not.

Meanwhile the Philippines trolls China..

Balikatan exercises are here.  So in celebration of the festivities, the US Navy and Philippines nave will sink a Chinese made warship.  

The ship is more than 50 years old, and it was a former oil tanker used by the Philippine navy, but it always broke down, so it has been decommissioned for years.  

So naturally the little bitches in the CCP have to make childish statements about it.  

Fired almost the entire crew this week

 Just me and the sexytary left now.

Welder was fixing to get wrote up for bad attitude, and breaking tools.  He has been working like a turtle for weeks.  

So this morning I told him to make a entire new mold cause he wasted the material yesterday making a mold that was not usable, and we were behind schedule.  What should have been a few hour job was not done in a full shift.

So instead of making a new mold, he threw the stick welding machine, and the steel.  So I told him to go home.  He grabs all the other workers and gets them to quit too.  So now 3 men out of a job.

Social media girl also missing in action so she gone too.  

Today will be wasted, spent running help wanted ads.

Meanwhile welder did a dick move, called up the wife.  Started some shit, so me and the wife are finished too.  

Anyways, it is easier to find a new woman than a reliable partner.

I think I need some vitamin sea.  friend keeps asking me to go up to his resort to stay... but money so tight.  gonna just have to go anyways 

It is not racism...

 Re comment yesterday saying that there is a racism aspect to this.  

It is more of a envy thing.  Leftist envy, and passive aggression with a health sprinkling of hood rat mentality.

It is not as bad as the USA, but there are same attitudes.  Some of that cancer sent over here via Hollywood and the internet.

No matter where you go in the world there are dumb and envious people.  Bad habits are universal.

Meanwhile, last night, I got invited on the spur of the moment to a party.  The topic was plastic waste.

It appears that my advocacy around the country is gaining some steam.  I have been shouting my vision when it comes to trash.

Basically that I think that trash is being viewed and handled in the wrong manner.  

Rather than trash being buried, it should be mined on a industrial scale.  Taking cues from mining companies.  Mining companies can make a profit on tiny fractions of a ounce of gold, or other elements per ton of rock.  This is because they sort and aggregate it on a grand scale.

My vision, is that we 'mine' the waste stream.  It is full of valuable minerals and energy.  Much higher concentrations than what one finds in the dirt.  Even plastic has value.   It has calories, and is a valuable hydrocarbon.  Combined with the metals, and even the glass, if the waste stream was mined, we could have a very large reduction in buried waste, and society at large will not be throwing away money and resources.  Just think of the actual value of the materials in that trash and the sheer volume and effort that went to make said materials.  Only for it to get thrown away.  

In short, society is literally destroying wealth and resources, by the mere act of landfilling said materials as trash.

The first big company that capitalizes on this vision, and can grow it to a grand scale will be the next Elon Musk sized company.

My workers trying to blackmail me

 I hired 2 guys last week.  However this week, things slow, so I am just needing 2 helpers and the welder.  

However the welder is insisting on bringing in one of the helpers that I did not ask back from last week. His excuse is that the one guy has 4 kids and the other one I asked back has no kids. 

He then said that if I did not bring back the guy with 4 kids, then no one would come to work today. 

Never mind that I kept the welder on, even when there was no work,  and the welder just got into debt by financing a new Honda 175cc scooter.  

So it looks like I will have to replace him.

Meanwhile office girl is again missing in action.  She getting fired as soon as I get my laptop back.

We managed to deliver Saturday, literally with 20 min to spare a big order of plastic lumber.  Plastic lumber orders are increasing.  I sold 200 fence posts yesterday, and got a order for 2x6 boards to be used in greenhouse planter boxes.  

Its hard dealing with HR issues, orders, juggling limited funds, and growing a business.  

I really need to have a dedicated person for HR issues, and not have to deal with it directly
