Hawaii Part 3

This is Hanauma Bay. We did some snorkeling here and saw some awesome fish in the reef!

On Memorial Day, in Waikiki Beach people launched paper lanterns into a bay. It was really neat to see them all float out, each lantern a memory of a loved one to the person who launched it.

At the PCC, Owen decided to participate in one of the villages, helping bang the stick on the ground to make music.

Mommy on the beach, sharing a Coke with her favorite daughter while holding the boy who won't go near the water.

Hawaii Part 2

Us on the train ride at the Dole plantation. It was not that great, I think we were all expecting more from it but at least we can say we were there and that we bought the shirt. The shirt however was for Grandpa Lloyd.

Daddy with Ethan and Rylie in front of the Byodo-In Temple.

We went to Manoa Falls Trail. Ethan found some trees with vines to swing from.

Our happy family in from of Manoa Falls.

Poor Owen did not like the ocean at all. He would not let us put him down in the water or near it.

Hawaii Part 1

We decided to take a trip to Hawaii over 6 months ago when we found a really good deal on airline tickets and the time to go finally arrived late May. We went with Coulter's parents and had a great time doing a ton of things. Here are some pics of our trip:

Ethan enjoying his pineapple juice on the flight there.

Rylie taking a nap with mommy's arm on the way down.

We stayed in a rental house which made it really nice since the kids each had their bedrooms, it had a washer and dryer, and there was a kitchen for us to make meals in. This is a view from the backyard which Ethan would go and explore every morning finding different lizards.

A view from the front of our house while we stayed there. It was pretty awesome waking up, going to the front deck and being able to stare out into the ocean.

Owen's main mode of transportation since we forgot to take the stroller with us when we left Utah.
