I can't believe the Holidays have come and gone and we are well into a new year! And once again I am behind. As a look through the camera for pictures I find zilch, nada, no pictures from December! Yes people it went fast, so fast that I failed to pull out the camera even once! So a quick re-cap, if only for my own purposes, when I look back next year to see what we did. Just a few high-lights and low-lights of the 2009 Holiday Season...
* Started the Holiday's out right with Trans-Siberian Orchestra the night before Thanksgiving.
*Spent Thanksgiving at Margaret's new house.
*Worked way too much!
*We got our tree the first week in December and it was decorated by the middle of December.
*Sissy came to visit for 4 days! We ate, laughed, went to movies and shopped till we dropped!
*Spent the day shopping with Mom & Jill, went to Zoo Lights a fun new tradition!
*The National Guard Christmas Party was canceled due to future events... of which I will inform you all of later.... Not too sad about that one!
*Dave and I both worked Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, NOT FUN! Worst night of my career and yes tears were involved!
*Got to spend the week between Christmas and New Years with Family and Friends.
*New Years Eve: Was in bed before Midnight...... We're getting old and boring. At least I heard the fireworks over Dave's snoring.
*New Years Day at Margaret & Jayson's: played in the snow, snowmobiled, build snowmen, shot guns at snowmen, played games and as usual ate way too much!
So here's to December, it was too quick, but January looks hopeful so far! As for 2010, it will be a year of many changes and adventures for us, Dave will be traveling more so he's told me I need to keep the blog more updated.... Yeah we'll see how that goes.....
