At Audi, transformation and innovation depend on different perspectives, constructive debate, and collaboration across cultures, markets, and functions. In a multinational company, diversity becomes visible every day – through global teamwork, different working cultures, and the way decisions are made. “Inclusion does not happen automatically. It must be shaped consciously and consistently,” says Claudia Groß, Head of Cultural Development, #Diversity & #Inclusion at Audi. This is why we created our annual “We.Together D&I Days” during European Diversity Month, bringing colleagues together through keynotes, workshops, panels, and live events across five languages and six countries. We.Together connects colleagues from Audi, Audi China, Audi México, AUDI HUNGARIA Zrt., Bentley Motors, Ducati Motor Holding, Italdesign, and Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A..
