    When the Audi A2 was launched in 1999, it challenged many of the conventions of its time. Built on an Audi Space Frame (ASF) made almost entirely of aluminum, the A2 was exceptionally light (from around 895 kg) and engineered for longevity. At a time when sustainability was not yet part of the mainstream conversation, it delivered fuel consumption figures as low as 3.0 l/100 km in the A2 1.2 TDI. Its design followed a clear principle: form driven by function. A drag coefficient of up to 0.25, a high‑roof silhouette maximizing interior space, and details such as the front service flap set it apart from nearly everything else on the road.     21 kilometers, 21,000 euros, one team. What a milestone ++ To celebrate the 25th Ingolstadt Half Marathon, "Team Audi" took to the start line with around 500 participants, doubling our numbers from previous years. The result: A proud €21,000 donation for regional inclusion projects. Every kilometer truly counted. A special highlight was the Audi refreshment station and the Cheering Zone at KM 19. Here all runners were sent off with pure motivation for the final stretch. A huge thank you to everyone who ran and cheered. Together, we are making a statement for inclusion in our region.
