At Unintech — UNited INnovation TECHnique — we believe the future of spine surgery is built by integrating technologies with innovative surgical education and training.
The future of spine surgery will not be shaped by technology alone, but by how we educate the next generation of surgeons. For years, I have believed that surgical training must become more structured, repeatable, and accessible. Especially in endoscopic spine surgery, where learning curves are demanding. Simulation- and model-based training will play an increasingly important role alongside traditional cadaveric education. What impressed me most recently in Bastia was seeing that these ideas are now shared by a growing international community of surgeons, educators, and innovators working toward the same vision for the future of surgical education. #EndoscopicSpineSurgery #SurgicalEducation #Simulation #SpineSurgery #Innovation #MedicalEducation
