Practical education is central to how we train our sales teams. From April 20 to 24, we hosted 12 colleagues from six countries, Brazil, Ireland, the UK, Hungary, Greece, and Denmark, for an intensive program covering LinkSymphoKnee, Embrace, SPII, 3C, LCU, MP, BiMobile, and MobileLink. Our Founder Helmut D. Link and CEO Peter Willenborg also stopped by during the week to check in during the training. Participants joined live demonstrations to learn how to implant our prostheses and how they perform in practice. Performance doesn’t come from the prosthetic alone, but from how well it is fitted, aligned, and matched to the patient. That’s why this kind of training matters. It builds confidence, sharpens decision-making, and strengthens collaboration with physicians and partners. Anatomic, reverse, modular or stemless? True intraoperative flexibility needs to be experienced first-hand. 🦾 That’s why we teamed up with our long-standing partner Allegro Kft. in Budapest for an intensive, hands-on workshop focused on the LINK Embrace Shoulder System. Going far beyond standard clinical presentations, the event featured a live surgery and a practical sawbone session. Surgeons had the opportunity to work directly with the instruments and discuss diverse surgical strategies for both anatomic and reverse shoulder arthroplasty. These practical sessions were perfectly complemented by exclusive technical insights from a design perspective, highlighting the system's underlying philosophy and versatility in the OR. The outstanding feedback confirmed the growing momentum of the LINK Embrace System in Hungary.
