🚀 We went behind the scenes with them at the Molkereikongress last Wednesday. A 120-year-old Austrian dairy producer, running a highly multilingual shop floor with doinstruct: ➡️ 1,500 work hours saved on hygiene and safety trainings ➡️ 92% of users on their own smartphone ➡️ CEO communication in 16 languages, directly to the shop floor ➡️ Next up: machine-specific trainings via smart glasses We showed a video of CEO Andreas Gasteiger speaking Austrian dialect and had it translated into Polish and English live. Christoph's take: "There has never been a software project at our company that received such good feedback from the entire workforce, especially from the shop floor." Big thanks to Christoph, Andreas and the whole SalzburgMilch team. 🤝

Georg Wesinger hat dies repostetIf you're visiting the Molkerei Kongress 2026 on April 21st or 22nd in Munich, come by our booth to meet Matilda, Charlotte and Georg or join our session!Georg Wesinger hat dies repostetIn 2025, SalzburgMilch absolutely nailed it. They went all-in on AI, adopted it company-wide in a few days, and now see the value it brings once it becomes part of the daily production floor. 🥛 I can't wait to cover this and more next week in my Deep Dive Session with Christoph Posch from SalzburgMilch at the Molkerei Kongress 2026. The Molkerei Kongress is one of the biggest industry gatherings for dairy in Germany, and this year digitalization is a core focus: which digital tools actually deliver value and move dairy operations forward? And what impact can AI have? SalzburgMilch is using doinstruct to drive operational performance with AI, and we'll break down exactly how this works live on stage. - How AI can reduce downtime from onboarding and shift changes - How automated, multilingual training delivery works at scale - What 0% audit deviation actually looks like in practice We're also exhibiting both days at Hilton Munich Airport. If you're there on April 21st or 22nd, join our session if you want to see how AI works on the production floor, or come by the booth. 😊

Solche Momente zeigen mir immer wieder, warum doinstruct genau der richtige Ort ist 🚀🇵🇹✨Georg Wesinger hat dies repostetThere's something about starting a new year in person that just hits differently. So to kick off 2026, we took our GTM team to Lisbon 🇵🇹 for a few days of workshops, presentations, and the kind of honest conversations that are just better face to face. In between, they baked pastel de nata, played games, and shared dinners that stretched long into the evening. For a team that works in a hybrid and remote setup, these moments of being truly together are something we don't take for granted. The GTM team came back energised, aligned, and ready to make 2026 count 💚 And if you want to be part of the next one - wherever it takes us - we're hiring! Check out our open roles and come join the team (link in the comments)👇

Georg Wesinger hat dies repostetGeorg Wesinger hat dies repostet"We're not losing people. We're losing everything they know." When an experienced frontline worker retires, the vacancy is the easier part to fill. What's harder to replace: – the workaround that keeps the line running during peak season – the hygiene detail no SOP ever fully captured – the instinct that prevents the next safety incident This is tacit knowledge. It lives in people's hands and habits, not in documents. And most organizations have no system to capture it before it walks out the door. The scale of the problem is staggering. In Germany, 12.9 million economically active people will pass retirement age by the mid-2030s. That's nearly 30% of the workforce, according to the Federal Statistical Office. In regulated, shift-based environments like food production, manufacturing, or construction, every one of those retirements is a potential gap in safety, quality, and audit readiness. Not because the replacement isn't capable, but because nobody transferred what the predecessor actually knew. PDFs and PowerPoints don't solve this. They capture procedures, not judgment. The difference between "what to do" and "how it actually works" is exactly the knowledge that's most at risk. What does work: letting the people who carry that knowledge record it themselves. We're working with companies where experienced frontline employees film their work while explaining what they're doing and why. AI structures that into multilingual training content in minutes. Not a six-month documentation project. A working session that turns decades of expertise into something the next generation can learn from on day one. One of our customers was able to cut their onboarding from over 30 days to 8 after doing exactly this. We're discussing this specifically in our newest blog article, you can read more about it here: https://lnkd.in/dHR8axSh 👷♀️

Georg Wesinger hat dies repostetGeorg Wesinger hat dies repostetOne problem many enterprise customers face is that tools sit in functions. HR have theirs. Quality have theirs. Operations have theirs. And suddenly you have one or two key users per system trying to coordinate across silos. Instead of managing your workforce, your leaders are stuck managing disconnected logins and conflicting spreadsheets. We’re currently seeing something very different across several of our customers. For instance, in one of our Enterprise accounts, more than 150 leaders across departments and hierarchy levels work directly in doinstruct, unifying operations across HR, Ops, and Quality. Not because they simplified their organization. But because doinstruct allows them to connect what already exists: From SAP to Quentic to Staffbase and MS Active Directory, and many others. The moment training and compliance are connected to the systems people already rely on, the tool stops being optional and becomes the standard. No department has to fight for adoption, because it’s simply part of how work runs.

Georg Wesinger hat dies repostetGeorg Wesinger hat dies repostetThe hard part of ISO certification isn't the audit. It's the week after. Procedures get updated and the floor doesn't know. A regulation changes and it takes months to reach the people it affects. The management system is sound — quality, environment, safety, all integrated — but somewhere between the framework and the shift, it stops. Integrated management systems were built to solve this. One coherent structure instead of three separate silos. Sound logic. But "integrated" at the system level doesn't automatically mean "understood" at the operator level. The people running the operation are the ones who anchor a management system in reality — or quietly work around it. Today, together with Dr. Timo Eberle and Merle Stanzel from Climate Connection, we're hosting a webinar on exactly this: holistic management systems that are not just ISO-compliant on paper, but genuinely embedded in the people doing the work — in their language, at the moment they need it. If HSEQ, quality management, or IMS is your world — register here: https://lnkd.in/d_bs-fGY 🙏 (Webinar is in German.)

Georg Wesinger gefällt dasGeorg Wesinger gefällt dasIt's DejaVu. Navigating the acquisition process twice in the last four years has been quite the journey. After over 15 years in the full stack digital manufacturing space, I'm thrilled to return to my roots with a company that addresses a significant challenge faced by every manufacturing organization. I have joined doinstruct as a Founding Account Executive - US. What does doinstruct do? It offers simple onboarding, training, compliance, and skills management, along with the ability to digitize existing content or create new digital content by wearing meta "over the counter" glasses while you work on the factory floor. This innovation is a game changer for manufacturing companies. doinstruct is thriving, with over 400 clients and growing daily. Our ZERO churn rate reflects our satisfied customers. We support over 36 languages, with more on the way, and have offices in Germany and the US. The North American market is expanding rapidly as we continue to hire new team members. I look forward to reconnecting with my network and many of you. A big thank you to Mona Feder, Charlotte Rothert, and the entire doinstruct team for a smooth and thoughtful hiring process—an excellent way to kick off my journey.

Georg Wesinger gefällt dasGeorg Wesinger gefällt dasWhat makes a great team? We'll let ours answer that. Open communication. High standards. People who are genuinely good at what they do — and equally willing to lift others up. A mix of backgrounds that brings something unexpected to every collaboration. And the rare feeling that you're not just working toward something meaningful, but doing it with people you'd choose to be around anyway. We're proud of this one. 💚

Georg Wesinger gefällt dasGeorg Wesinger gefällt dasGOLDSCHMAUS, one of Germany's leading meat producers, featured doinstruct in the latest edition of their employee magazine. 🚀 It’s always great to see how customers showcase doinstruct internally. Here are some of my favorite use cases they discuss: ➡️ AI-generated learning content: Genius lets quality management create and update training material in minutes instead of hours/days. ➡️ Automated onboarding & initial briefings: day-one briefings happen automatically the moment someone joins. ➡️ Targeted department & role-specific training: the right content reaches the right team without manual routing. ➡️ Multilingual training at scale: consistent standards across all 35 languages, crucial in a food production setting. ➡️ Mandatory annual training: mandatory sessions for all Goldschmaus staff run automatically through doinstruct, start to finish. I’ll end with Kim von Ohr's own words: “The platform already shows how much potential lies in digital training solutions and we look forward to seeing what new functions, improvements, and possibilities will be added in the future.” Couldn't have said it better, Kim. ;) Thanks so much for being such great customers and partners. We’re very happy to be working with you!

🔐 Simplify Certificate Management in Catena-X with T-Systems Managing digital certificates across business partners is often complex—different formats, systems, and governance models make it time-consuming and error-prone. That’s why Catena-X now offers a standardized model for certificate exchange—and T-Systems makes it easy to adopt. With our Connect & Integrate solution, companies benefit from: ✅ No-code onboarding into Catena-X ✅ Easy drag-and-drop uploads or direct cloud integration ✅ Full compliance with Catena-X requirements ✅ Automated lifecycle management (renewals, alerts, governance) No more 100 formats for 100 partners. From Jeopardy! to #watsonx: How IBM transformed decades of AI experience into the ultimate Enterprise platform. When we talk about #AI today, names like OpenAI or Google dominate the conversation. But long before the current hype, one company was already setting milestones that redefined human-machine interaction: IBM. From Deep Blue defeating Garry Kasparov in 1997 to Watson’s legendary Jeopardy! victory in 2011, IBM pushed the boundaries of what we thought was possible. However, the journey wasn't without its hurdles. The ambitious "Watson Health" projects showed that the real world—especially in medicine—is far more complex than a quiz show. The Lesson? IBM took those "costly lessons" and pivoted. Instead of building a monolithic, "all-knowing" super-AI, they developed a modular, open, and enterprise-grade platform: watsonx. In my latest blog post, I trace this evolution and look at why IBM’s current B2B strategy is so effective: Openness: No vendor lock-in. Flexibility across any cloud with open-source integration (Hugging Face). Trust & Governance: Moving away from the "black box" toward transparent, explainable AI workflows. Data Sovereignty: Companies train models on their own trusted data—and they keep control of it. We are moving from "AI that chats" to "AI that acts" (Agentic AI). With the Granite foundation models, IBM is providing the efficiency and "guardrails" that industries like finance, law, and software engineering actually need to scale. From a pioneer to a pragmatic partner—IBM’s journey is a masterclass in strategic adaptability. 👇 Read the full story here: https://lnkd.in/dFSjYTiS #AI #ArtificialIntelligence #IBM #watsonx #B2B #DigitalTransformation #Innovation #TechHistory #AgenticAI

Very strong perspective, Daniel! What many organizations are realizing right now is that 𝗔𝘇𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗱 𝗛𝗮𝘁 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁 (𝗔𝗥𝗢) 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁 𝗩𝗶𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝘀 𝗮 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗺𝗶𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗵 away from traditional virtualization platforms without forcing an immediate application redesign. Customers can move existing VM workloads onto a 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗱 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝘇𝘂𝗿𝗲, while running 𝘃𝗶𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗺𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲-𝗯𝘆-𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝗞𝘂𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. The real value is strategic: – 𝗦𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 through a single platform for VMs and containers – 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝗶𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 with automated tooling and repeatable processes – 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗲 𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲, containerizing workloads when it makes business sense – And a future-ready foundation for AI and cloud-native innovation. For many customers, this is not just a platform change, it is a clear transition from infrastructure management to application innovation.

🚀 Real-time production insights – powered by d.u.h.Group, Mendix & Amazon Web Services (AWS) I’m happy to share a successful customer digitalization project delivered by our German Partner d.u.h.Group in collaboration with our customer DiloGroup Systems GmbH. Leveraging the Mendix low-code platform by Siemens Digital Industries Software, combined with Amazon Web Services (AWS) capabilities, the team developed a cutting-edge application enabling smart monitoring and preventive maintenance. And the real game-changer? With this solution, DiloGroup Systems GmbH reduces software setup time from 2-3 days down to a few minutes unleashing a truly scalable digital business model. 🎯 The Challenge The legacy system no longer met the increasing demands for performance, adaptability, and especially real-time capabilities. The goal was to build a secure, user-friendly, and scalable solution capable of seamlessly integrating multiple data sources and accommodating the wide variety of Dilo’s machines. 💡 The Solution The d.u.h.Group team implemented a Mendix-based application enabling real-time data acquisition, visualization, and external user access control. The application uses Mendix for the user interface, while Amazon Web Services (AWS) handles data ingestion and processing — providing a scalable backend for real-time analytics. Furthermore, an easily customizable digital functional twin of Dilo’s machines, as well as an individual maintenance module, were implemented — streamlining operations, facilitating smart machine monitoring, and reducing downtime as a result. Thanks to the low-code approach, everything was delivered with speed, flexibility, and excellent UX. 🏆 The Results ✔ Real-time smart insights for better operations ✔ Faster customization from 2-3 days down to minutes ✔ Intuitive UX/UI driving user acceptance ✔ Scalable digital business model enabled ➡️ Read the full story: https://lnkd.in/g94xpsSf ➡️ More on this in German at d.u.h.Group: https://lnkd.in/gjjSCYEm #DiloGroupDiloGroupDiloGroupDiloGroupDiloGroup #dddd.u.h.Group #AWS #Mendix #SiemensPartners #LowCode #DigitalTransformation #Innovation #ONETechCompany #digitalindustries #Productivity #SiemensXcelerator #TodayMeetsTomorrow #industry40 #DigitalTransformation #technology #future #sales Raymond Kok Edwin Severijn Johan Ronsyn Leon van Moorsel Dirk U Hindrichs Stefan C.
