Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in pre-sales planning and bid support, including drafting bid project plans, conducting bid evaluations, and delivering presentations. Take on ad-hoc tasks assigned by the department.
- Following the company’s project management process, plan, organize, and lead the entire project from initiation to delivery. Monitor and manage all aspects including project objectives, scope, schedule, cost, and quality, ensuring final customer acceptance and project sign-off.
- Organize cross-functional teams to conduct project retrospectives, facilitating knowledge capture, sharing, and internal training.
- Develop project plans, manage resource allocation and utilization. Own the project delivery schedule, promptly identify and report issues and risks, provide recommended solutions, track issue resolution progress and outcomes, and ensure closure.
