We are seeking a high-performing Senior GTM Leader to drive growth in our SAP business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading SAP sales, pre-sales, and delivery. You must demonstrate deep market understanding—both geographically and by industry—and maintain an established network of key relationships within SAP
This is a senior leadership position, pivotal in shaping SAP transformation strategies and driving profitable growth across strategic engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive profitable growth across a defined SAP portfolio, meeting order book and revenue targets
Develop and manage pipeline from lead through to close
Work closely with vertical sales teams and client partners to execute hunting and farming plans
Lead development of win strategies and themes for key pursuits
Define SAP marketing campaigns and activities to support GTM for geography, vertical, and specific deals
Identify and manage partnerships relevant to GTM plans and strategic deals
Collaborate with SAP solutions team to ensure proposal quality and positioning; evolve offerings for GTM
Leverage global SAP practice into local GTM strategies
Act as a trusted partner to key clients throughout the deal cycle and execution
Manage key relationships with SAP and other strategic partners
Requirements:
Proven track record in SAP transformation leadership, sales, and delivery
Recognized SAP Subject Matter Expert with strong executive presence
Ability to craft strategic deals and influence senior stakeholders
Extensive industry experience of more than 15 years in similar position and a strong partner ecosystem
Exceptional communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
