Mindy Munchs is a food manufacturer and exporter turning traditional Indian superfoods into modern, nutritious snacks — think plain makhana (fox nuts) and a range of Sattu premixes like Jaggery Sattu, Jaljira Sattu and Original Bihari Chana Sattu. It also markets a performance line, 'Game Up', that pairs Sattu with electrolytes and Omega-3 for active lifestyles.

Global demand for high-protein, plant-based snacks is climbing, yet makhana and Sattu remain largely under-commercialised outside India — leaving room for a manufacturer built for both retail health-consumers and B2B buyers. The company is positioning early, before these ingredients hit the mainstream Western snack aisle.

Founded in 2025 out of Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, the company was set up to merge traditional food values with modern processing. Public listings name Mrs. Ekta Mahajan as founder, with Nischal Mahajan also associated with the founding team.

The founding team is building on India's own superfood heritage rather than importing a trend, with a stated focus on quality control, hygiene and food safety. Operating as manufacturer, exporter and supplier gives them control over the full chain from sourcing to packaging.
