Things that Caught my Eye.....Sharing Inspiration

In between the painting, sketching and school run around I make stops in shops for inspiration. I enjoy getting out of my own creative space and looking at others use of color, motif and pattern. It helps me see beyond my own paintbrush.

Its Show Time....Bringing Out the Big Brushes and the Big Flowers

The start of my Large Flower project for my late spring and early summer shows. Working with acrylic ink, movement and large strokes. Going for twelve of these.

My approach is just like drawing at a figure drawing class!
