Happy Birthday ZAKERY!

I cannot believe my baby boy is 1!  This year went way too fast!  Zakery is such a sweetheart and makes me smile almost every minute of the day.  He makes life so much fun!  We had a fun day celebrating our adorable boy.

 Zak loved opening presents.  He actually didn't really need that much help.  The best part was when he pulled out the present and yelled, "Rock!"  I think he was trying to say "Look!"  We couldn't quite hear what it was, but it was the same word every time and it made us laugh every time!

He is focused!

 Zak wanted to touch that flame so bad!  When he reached out to grab it, Derek grabbed his arm really fast and it scared him.  He ended up screaming while we were singing "Happy Birthday" to him.  Poor kid:(

 Mmmm....

 Bria made a pinata for the party.  (This was actually the day after, but our parties go on for a week in our home because Bria won't let them end!)

Zak has been such a joy in our home.  Some things he has been doing lately and just cute things:

Taking his first steps, so he will be walking soon

Can say Ma ma, Da da, ball, up, and uh-oh.  He uses the word uh-oh a lot:)

Loves playing with balls and cars.  

Always has a spoon in his hand.
Whenever he doesn't want to take a nap, he throws his blanket on the floor.
Loves to stand by the window and watch the cars drive by
Clapping like crazy.
Trying to give kisses, but they are very slobbery!
Sticks out his tongue when he is thinking.  It is so cute!
Whenever he is in trouble, he looks back at me with his BIG brown eyes and smiles and then continues to be naughty:)

There are so many other things, but I can't think of them right this minute.  I will have to add more later.  Zak is such a HUGE blessing in our lives and we are so lucky to get to have him in our home.  We just love him so much!
