Grandmas are so much fun:)
Grandma Carolyn always knows how to make the kids happy! She whipped out her cotton candy machine and created lots of giggles and jumping up and down!

Markers, stickers and dirt! Oh my!
My little guy keeps me on my toes, that is for sure! I will only turn around for a minute and he has drawn all over the couch or on himself! Zak LOVES stickers and markers! He especially loves putting stickers on his belly. Every night when we put jammies on, he has something on his cute tummy! One day I put a onesie on him and he was not happy that he couldn't access his belly button and kept tugging on his shirt! I finally changed him out of it so that he could get to his tummy easily:)
If he finds a whole packet of stickers, this is what he does:)
Zak is also a dirt lover! He makes sure to cover his ENTIRE body if he ever finds a pile of dirt! I just love this kid so much! He is so much fun!
First Day of SCHOOL!
First Day of Preschool! I can't believe this kid is actually big enough to leave my side! Love him so much!

Bria's first loose tooth!
Bria lost her first tooth! It was quite an exciting moment for her! It was almost as good as Christmas Eve getting ready for the toothfairy to come. Bria wrote the toothfairy a note and colored a picture for her. It was pretty fun watching her reaction the next morning when she woke up to a dollar bill and a letter from the toothfairy! Bria makes everything so much more fun because of her excitement!
Sibling Love
Almost every night, I go in the kids' room and they have come up with some crazy fort they built and are sleeping in it. These two are inseparable at night!
Canada parade
I get in trouble every year when it is Canada Day on the first of July and forget to tell Derek Happy Canada Day! He thinks I should celebrate it like his birthday or something, but I guess that Canadian pride is extreme in other parts of the US. Derek found online a group of Canadians that have been doing a Canada Day parade for the past three years just for fun and anyone who was Canadian could be in the parade. Derek got really excited about this. It was quite cute:) He was most excited how excited the kids would be to be in a parade. When we told the kids, they almost exploded! "We get to be IN a parade?!!!" I just giggled, because I thought it would be just a little parade where hardly anyone came. BOY WAS I WRONG! The parade went on for 2 hours and there was not an empty spot the entire way! Now that I call Extreme Canadian pride!
The kids had SO much fun being a part of a parade. Too bad they only had candy for the first ten minutes, but I had no idea that they would have needed more! I was so happy that they got to have that much fun with their daddy:) We will be having this tradition every year. I just love my little Canadian Bunch!
