Hello Meta Developer Community, We submitted our Technology Provider Access Verification request on September 28, 2026, for our application FileMON WA (App ID: 1827234678449267). Our business verification is already approved, and we have confirmed that there are no outstanding documents, account restrictions, or additional information requests. We have contacted Meta Business Support multiple times, including cases 1093969673272392 and 1681580406982412. However, the support agents explained that they cannot access or escalate this verification process and referred us to Developer Support. We also attempted to use the Developer Bug Report system, but it does not support individual verification delays. Our application requires Technology Provider Access Verification to proceed with WhatsApp Business Embedded Signup and obtain the necessary advanced permissions. Is there an official escalation channel for Technology Provider Access Verification requests that remain in review beyond the expected processing time? We would appreciate any guidance from Meta's developer team. Thank you.
