The survey aims to gain a detailed understanding of the different measurement options available to measure and monitor the European Internet. The inputs received, will help develop a gap analysis which will clearly identify the strengths and drawbacks of the current measurement infrastructure state of the art and their impact -- from end-user capabilities to policies and regulation.
In turn, such gap analysis will serve as a guidance to the European Commission for the design of the future research programs in the area.
