The Vision Pro is a computer, a portable one you wear on your face, but a computer. What you would do on a computer with the PS5 is what you can do on the Vision Pro.
You can pair a PS5 controller to the Vision Pro over bluetooth for example.

If you mean can you use the Vision Pro as a display for your PS5, then no, that is not possible directly, anymore than you could use a Mac or an iPad as a display for a PS5.
There are Apps for the Vision Pro such as the Pxplay App, that can allow you to mirror your PS5 over Wi-Fi to the Vision Pro, but that can introduce lag and make games hard to play.
