The Walmart and Amazon apps won’t load on my iPhone 11 Pro Max

Try the following steps in the order shown below:
1. Open Settings ➡️ Apps ➡️ Walmart ➡️ Offload App. This removes the app but keeps your data and forces iOS to rebuild the app’s cache.
2. Open Settings ➡️ Apps ➡️ Amazon ➡️ Offload App. This clears the corrupted cache for Amazon as well.
3. Open Settings ➡️ General ➡️ iPhone Storage ➡️ Walmart ➡️ Reinstall App. Reinstalling from here forces a clean rebuild.
4. Open Settings ➡️ General ➡️ iPhone Storage ➡️ Amazon ➡️ Reinstall App. This completes the reset for both apps.
5. Restart the iPhone. This clears any leftover memory conflicts.
