Our President, Christian A Borjesson and VP of HR, Gopal Krishna shared why inclusion is essential to our success, innovation, and ability to deliver better outcomes for customers and patients around the world. Together, we reflected on the importance of listening with curiosity, learning from different perspectives, and creating meaningful connections across our global organization. One message stood out: when people feel they belong, they are more likely to contribute, collaborate, and innovate. Throughout October, associates will connect through various events, trainings, virtual site tours, and more, reinforcing that inclusion is everyone's responsibility and opportunity

But the evening wasn't really about who crossed the finish line first. It was about the people along the way. Colleagues ran and walked side by side. Others helped make the evening a success, while supporters lined the route, cheering each other on and bringing plenty of energy throughout the event.
