Wishing You and Your Family a ‘Wunderful’ Holiday Season!

It’s hard to believe that another year has come and gone. As we are approaching 2010, we can’t help but feel extremely blessed for what this year has brought us. We would be remiss and ungrateful for the effect that so many have had in our lives, if we did not share a bit of what has transpired with you.
As you probably all know, our greatest blessing this year has been the addition of our first child, Kaniela Loren Wunder. He joined our family on January 28, and it has been such an amazing experience to have him in our lives for nearly the entire year. Kaniela is such a special little guy. He has the sweetness and sensitivity of his mother, and the appetite and fun nature of his father. He has mastered getting into things, therefore, keeping us all on our feet. He’s recently been working on standing on his own, and has all the bumps and bruises to prove it. He loves pushing his cars around the house, eating everything and anything, but his favorite thing is jumping on you unexpectedly, and wrestling with you. We love watching our little guy grow, and he brings more joy to our family that we ever knew possib
le.
Celena has officially taken on a new career as a stay-at-home mother. She continued her work at Wolverine Crossing through the month of September to support Kevin through school and to help our family get better established and settled in. She now enjoys being home with Kaniela every day. Being home has not only allowed her to spend time with Kaniela, but she also has a rejuvenated effort to “projectize” our lives. She’s taken up sewing, digital scrapbooking and design, digital photography, and even a little bit of toll painting. It’s really amazing to see what happens when you put all of those talents together in one project. Her projects have allowed her a creative outlet as well as a great way to preserve certain moments and experiences in our lives.
Kevin finally became a university graduate in April, graduating from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Advertising. He began working at Wolveri
ne Crossing as well in February as a marketing manager, and has since made the transition to General Manager. Wolverine Crossing is a privatized student housing community that serves Utah Valley University. Kevin is loving his opportunity to serve with the young men in our local church congregation, he really fits in perfectly with them. In the little spare time that he has, he has followed the lead of his two sisters-in-law, Ev and Jenny, and has immersed himself into digital photography; his favorite model is, of course, Kaniela, and what a great little model he is.
One of our favorite things to do as a family is to update our blog. If you would like to keep updated on our family events, check out our blog (we update it very regularly):

Kevin once read that who we are is the sum of all of our interactions with those around us. We think that is rather accurate in our lives. We’d like to thank you for being a part of our lives, whether large or small, because you have helped us become who we are. We wish you and your family a great holiday season and an amazing 2010.
Love always,
Kev, Cea & Kaniela

I believe in Santa!

So Kevin took these pics today and I had to post them! I just love them! I saw this idea, where you print off cute Christmas pictures, and make cute pages, then you use them for your Christmas decorations. I think I'm going to do this with these, they are so cute and fun. It will help me remember how cute he is, when he is a teenager.. :)

Trying something new...

Hey friends and family. I haven't written in a long time (I think that Cea's posts are far more interesting than my own), but just wanted to drop a line to say that I'm trying something new for the photoblog. I started a new photoblog and am looking for feedback on the way that the pictures are posted (quality, layout, etc.) The new blog is at:

Please leave me a comment so that I know what you think.
