Sutton on the GARDEN gate, I think of food, the world and all the spin these days on how America got so FAT ? Well, all those food stamp programs that never end cut off a persons heart no ? not to mention one’s figure. Growth hormones play their part too. Look how tall and diabetic people are becoming. Connection ? I then read up on all the TONS of money that has been given globally from hard working Americans and wonder where it all went ? Did it help ? Was it all scam ?

Take the Ford Foundation for example. Francis Xavier Sutton was deputy V.P. of the International Division at F.F. Francis X was an executive associate, worked on behavioral sciences program at F.F. A behavioral scientist. I also found a Polanyl Project.The Ford Foundation opened an office in Beirut in 1952 and a Cairo office in 1957. There is a link to a 50th reunion of the Cairo office, it mentions speaker Warner Klene who is on the inspection panel for the World Bank and a LAFF member. He worked under Lowell Hardin at FF. He (Hardin) was known as Mr. Green Revolution. Chair was Gbisa Ejeta. Lowell also a Professor at Purdue University. FF was also connected to Tanzania, as well as other locations globally.

Peter Geithner, father of Tim Geithner worked at Ford Foundation also.

Going Backwards

Thanks to guest author Renee, of WTPOTUS Research Blog, let’s begin a conversation about this subject, lest we unwittingly go backwards, as Obama and his thugs would have us…

I am trying to absorb the latest news.Trayvon Martin, a black 17 year old teen has been shot and killed by a crime watch sort of guy by the name of George Zimmerman who by the way is a half Hispanic and half white male, not white, as some news or voices would lead us all to believe. Now George has a bit of history of policing his neighborhood and calling authorities when he thinks he finds a suspicious character about. He may be a bit over the top but who knows with all of the spin. There is also a witness to this incident, another neighbor who rightly has fears about getting involved in this story. This witness saw Martin on top of Zimmerman pounding away while calling 911. Martin has a recent suspension at school but as a minor (17) further info on him is not allowed.

Now, I also see here Al Sharpton weighing in, Black Panthers puffing chests out, Trayvon accessories being sold (vultures for a buck), Jesse Jackson Jr. saying blacks are under attack and the Miami Heat team all don hoodies now ? Really ? Obama says if he had a son he would look like Martin? So, who cares ? He has much more to focus on right ? Black Panthers utube shows the neighbors not joining into the circus, and ran the group out of their hood that decided to try a press circus in their streets. What a mess. This looks like racial dividing again to me. I live in a very nice, mixed neighborhood, and for what it is worth, would probably be concerned if I saw a person in a hoodie walking our streets late at night. His race would not be clear in the dark, but the hoodie walking around at night would be noticed.

I have children, and if someone wanted tea and candy late at night, I would get up off my couch and run them to the store, or just say no, wouldn’t most of you do the same ? For THEIR safety ? Most of us think of that angle. So, not making excuses for anyone here, the facts tell a different story for me as a parent. I view parents that let their children go out into the streets alone at night as a big part of this problem. The parents of kids in the streets at night must take their share of the blame, and this goes for whatever color. I look at class and not color. This color angle has been all used up. That color divide thing AGAIN ? I am not buying. As I said, we have all colors on my street. My best neighbors are black, I made their kids a snowman cake at Christmas but did not make one for the rude, white neighbors across the street, and I have a mixed family like many in America so racist does not fly in my home. I hate race baiters. I hate racial divides. I have never seen this sort of trouble making in my country before and I am from the south.

That Jim Crow spewing ? Get over it. WHEN was that again ? Way before my time or even my mother’s. Can’t some find anything better to CROW about ? Very lame, playing that victim drum is over, sorry. I have black and hispanic friends and they are great people. A lot of them drive cars much better then mine, dress better then my family and hold down very respectable jobs. We can openly talk about this and they are sick of welfare career people, young mothers popping out kids with no fathers for a free ride and the general excuses for the condition of their lives. Again, it is about class, not color. I never see my neighbor’s kids roaming our streets after dark. They are hard working, clean, honest citizens. They are not living a life of excuses but have tackled life and worked very, very hard to try to do better. Just like most of us.

My problem with all of this is that it is all spin, distraction and racial dividing. I refuse to go there. With an administration that has way too many problems, covered up information, soaring unemployment, billions missing from our coffers, corruption and daily murders, I find this nothing more then a distraction. I find the people adding fuel to this fire to be tools, trouble makers, used. Like an old straw in the street. I find that sad. Simple people being stirred up for what ? Why ? Because it is fun for some to play with the common class ? I could care less what color our leaders are. I care about WHAT they are. I was interested when a black man came along. Something different sounded good, but not this kind of different. I liked it that our country had diversity, but that blend is being shoved backwards in time and I do not like that one bit. I hope this investigation gets to the facts. I hope people can see past the manipulation. They have much bigger problems now though like how to save for a tank of over priced gas, how to keep food on the table and raise their families, how to find out the truth about the screams of theft and fraud in government. Yes, these are just a few of our REAL issues, do not be used as a tool, diversion or idiot. Come on, use common sense. It never fails us as humans.

Let’s focus where we should be focused, as all of us have much to lose if we do not. We have a fake birth certificate to work through, theft in the trillions and other countries laughing at our current situation. Last time I checked, racial crime was opposite to what is being thrown out there. I think whites are actually around 90% of the victims of race crimes, that said I think race crimes against blacks are somewhere around 132k and those crimes against whites at appx. 1 million, so again I am not buying this garbage. I need to look again and check those numbers. So WHO are the actual victims here again ? Do not buy into this stirring. Use common sense, and do not become another tool. It does nothing for our country, lives or families. We are all Americans first and part of the human race.

Enough is enough. I am sad that this boy is now gone as well as many others of all colors, but then again, my neighbors and myself would have just said no, or gotten off of the couch. I bet Martin’s mom wishes now she would have too, but now she has no chance to do it over. It is done now. It cannot be corrected by her now. This mother will carry this sadness and grief with her for the rest of her days. Like so many parents that have lost their children too. All colors…. It is another sad story. Not the first nor the last, but see it for the sad story that it is and not more.

In the last several years of our awakening, today it seems so clear in retrospect: our government has gone rogue. While the mockingbird song is that its ‘communism, socialism, fascism, genocide…’–it is all this and more–the nwo together in America as a rogue government. The American people are not in rebellion, it is our government that is in open revolution against the people and the constitution.

In a very important and relevant update to this post, some history of where we are in this rebellion of government against the people. The ‘Committee of 300″, discussed by Dr. John Coleman. (h/t Tenacity)

In the context of this history, our awakening grows.

The following extremely serious, but hopeful video must alert us even more as to our plans, signals, contingency protocols, and communications. (h/t Jan) We have the Constitution as our form of government, so no need to worry about creating anything new, we are working to get that back and seize it from the rouge government. The methods are important.

Note the credit where credit is due…and study the big picture.

How should we organize? In the days of the Usurpathon, it seemed an interesting idea to set up “blog platoons“…and why not again? We are from all over the country, we are patriots (aka ‘radicals’) during the American revolution, we are Americans. By our love they will know we are Americans.

Is Barack H. Obama Guilty of the Murder of a Federal Official?

When Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry was killed on Dec. 14, 2010 Obama had not proven he was a natural born citizen as required to hold the office of President of the United States as required by the Constitution. This is important because even as late as today, August 18, 2011, the evidence Obama has produced to convince people he was born in Hawaii has been proven to be a forgery. The long form birth certificate he released has conclusively been proven by multiple experts to be a forgery, and thus Obama has failed to prove he was even born in the United States much less a natural born citizen.

A natural born citizen is a person who is born with unalienable and undivided allegiance to one and only one country. That country is the country of his birth and of his parents because a persons allegiance can be demanded through two ways. Allegiance can be demanded from the country a person was born in, because that country gave them citizenship because they were born on their soil, this is called jus soli. The second way a person can have their allegiance demanded from a country is because that country gave them citizenship because their parents were citizens of that country at the time of their child’s birth, regardless of where they were born, this is called jus sanguinis..

Obama himself has stated that his birth was governed by foreign government.

As a Kenyan native, Barack Obama Sr. was a British subject whose citizenship status was governed by The British Nationality Act of 1948. That same act governed the status of Obama Sr.‘s children. (Fightthesmears.com)

If Obama was born in Hawaii (which he has failed to prove,) he was still born a British subject via jus sanguinis. This means his allegiance is not and never been unalienable and undivided towards the United States of America. It is this simple fact that makes Obama constitutionally ineligible to be President of the United States of America.

Now if Obama is constitutionally ineligible to be President then he no longer has presidential immunity as per MISSISSIPPI V. JOHNSON, 71 U. S. 475 (1866) for his actions and is guilty of aiding and abetting in the murder of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry.

Projects Gun Runner and Fast and Furious which allowed guns to be sold in bulk and taken to Mexico were the product of the Obama punitive administration and were not Bush’s fault. Obama appointed both Eric Holder as Attorney General and the acting head of BATF Kenneth Melson, while it is not yet established Obama had direct knowledge and/or given Oval Office approval for projects Gun Runner and Fast and Furious there is no doubt both Holder and Melson both knew and approved of these questionable projects. There is no doubt that if Obama was not President he would not have appointed either Holder or Melson, and thus any future for projects Gun Runner and Fast and Furious would be speculative at best.

If Obama is not a natural born citizen then he is guilty of putting together an illegal government that claimed the life of Brian Terry. There is no other way to look at it.

However Obama is not the only criminal here, Congress is also culpable for not vetting him, and the courts also have their share of Brian Terry’s blood on their hands for using the judicial constructs of standing to prevent the people of the United States from stopping this national train wreck. Let us not forget the war the media is playing attempting to sanction the death of Agent Terry by attacking Rep. Darrell Issa to prevent the country from knowing it was Obama who ultimately pushed these dominoes that toppled on an American citizen.

When the government sanctions murder as a price to prop up its illegal leader, then what can be said of the honor and integrity of those in government? What can be said of the people who in silence acquiesce to a murderous government? Where does it end?

History has a strange and eerie way of repeating itself. Still even when history does repeat itself it was not predestined, the event was always preceded by a choice. In making this choice will we as a nation acquiesce to this usurpation of our heritage as the German’s did and allow the criminals called Nazis to take over the government and brutally silence the opposition on at a time,

or will we as a nation choose to stand together in the face of tyranny and oppression as our forefathers did on April 19, 1775 on the village green at a place called Lexington and in one voice oppose the tyranny of a government usurped of legitimacy?

If we choose to remain silent in the face of evil, we empower this evil to grow until darkness consumes us. Let there be no mistake, Obama is no natural born American just as Hilter was no natural born German. Look closely and decide your future and the future of your children. There is an evil foreign body infecting America’s health, it found a home because America’s natural immunity was poisoned by our greed. We like the Germans have turned to charismatic leaders to save us, and in doing so we find we are beyond salvation.

Yet in the birth pains of our nation, one man had no one he could to turn to save him or this nation, so he bent his knee to the only One who could save him, his army and the dream they all shared, Divine Providence.

Opening the Back Door to the Obama Eligibility Lock Down

The Courts, Congress and for the most part the Mainstream Media have effectively closed the door to any serious legal challenges to Obama’s lack of constitutional eligibility. That is about to change.

Unknowingly Esquire Magazine has opened the door to have the evidence of fraud presented in a federal court when they wrote in their satire disclaimer about their story about Joe Farah pulling Jerry Corsi’s book off the shelves, “(a)re its author and publisher chastened? Well no. They double down, and accuse the President of the United States of perpetrating a fraud on the world by having released a forged birth certificate. Not because this claim is in any way based on reality, but to hold their terribly gullible audience captive to their lies, and to sell books. This is despicable, and deserves only ridicule.”

Joe Farah, Jerry Corsi and WND.com, now have the unique opportunity to present to the world the evidence that the document is in fact a fraud. And there is nothing Esquire or Obama can do to stop it. Since Obama will not be mentioned as a defendant, he has no cause to have his wonderful government lawyers intervene, in fact his personal lawyers can not do anything. The fact is Obama simply will be told what we have been told, he has no standing. Divine justice is not only just, it is sweet.

What can Esquire do? The only option they have is to settle out of court, but that requires all parties to agree and for some reason I do not think Joe is going to settle out of court for any price. Perhaps all those nasty things the left been saying about him are true, you know that he is (OMG) a Christian! And you all know the motto of those pesky Christians, “and the truth will set you free.” I think Joe will go for the truth instead of the money.

Joe will establish that he has reasonable doubt of the April 27, 2011 release of the so-called long form birth certificate and have those experts that he has published testify to this fact. Come to think of it, thanks to Esquire this action will give WND the right to get a federal court order for the original birth certificate on file with the Hawaii Department of Health to have it examined to substantiate their claim that the document produced on April 27^th is in fact a forgery and that Esquire is intentionally lying about it to damage the reputations of Joe Farah, Jerry Corsi and WND.

Saul Alinsky said ridicule is the best weapon, and this is what Esquire Magazine tried to do to Farah, Corsi and WND, but it only works on those with no or little courage.

Esquire made a blunder with the initial article, and perhaps all Joe Farah had to sue them over is trying to restrict the sale of Jerry Corsi’s book. Okay at best that might cost Esquire a couple of million, but then they screwed the proverbial pooch and said Joe was intentionally lying about the birth certificate being a fraud to scam the WND audience. This just cost the media their blackout on the facts, this is priceless.

Esquire, on behalf of all the Birthers nationwide all I can say to you is, THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!

Very soon a new debate will arise in America as the 2012 Presidential elections take place. This debate will not be about where of Obama was born, but rather which definition of a natural born citizen did the founding fathers use. Many pundits will say that a natural born citizen is nothing more than a English natural-born subject, because it is the definition they want to have applied to Obama. Others will say it is a definition taken from Emmer Vattel’s work called the Law of Nations.

Can a person whose birth was governed by both the 14^th Amendment of the United States Constitution and the British Nationality Act of 1948 be a natural-born American citizen?

The real question about Barack Obama is not where he was born, because we may never know for certain unless Hawaii opens its records up for public inspection and forensic tests. The real question we as a nation need to ask and have answered is can a person born with dual citizenship be by definition a natural born citizen.

Barack Obama was born to an American mother, and if we accept he was born in Hawaii, he was born in the United States, but he was also born to a father who at the time of his birth was a British subject, and passed on this citizenship to his son. Obama does not dispute this fact, as it is stated in his website FighttheSmears as a link to FackCheck which states,

When Barack Obama Jr. was born on Aug. 4,1961, in Honolulu, Kenya was a British colony, still part of the United Kingdom’s dwindling empire. As a Kenyan native, Barack Obama Sr. was a British subject whose citizenship status was governed by The British Nationality Act of 1948. That same act governed the status of Obama Sr.’s children:

British Nationality Act of 1948 (Part II, Section 5): Subject to the provisions of this section, a person born after the commencement of this Act shall be a citizen of the United Kingdom and Colonies by descent if his father is a citizen of the United Kingdom and Colonies at the time of the birth.

In other words, at the time of his birth, Barack Obama Jr. was both a U.S. citizen (by virtue of being born in Hawaii) and a citizen of the United Kingdom and Colonies (or the UKC) by virtue of being born to a father who was a citizen of the UKC.

Most of us learned a few years back that there’s little value anymore to the content put out by the MSM and even the secondary media. And most journalists only care about being liked and popular, so if reporting the truth gets in the way of that…well, it’s dispensable stuff. That’s why we visit Dr. Kate’s blog, and so many others, thirsty for more and deserving of better – particularly if we are hoping for any truth when it comes to the Obama eligibility issue.

So, when Dr. Kate asked if she could cross-post my March 3 blog entry and asked that I write an intro for it, I thought this was a great opportunity to just highlight to people who care, the point that this particular blog entry is a testament to our media’s failure. Worse, it points to how the media conspired against the public and took the side of the politicians, leaving us completely screwed. They pushed their candidate. They pushed their bias. They took sides. They took bullying to a new level. And it’s just one of too many perfect examples of why our media cannot be trusted to report, they can only be trusted to spin and distort and in the process, they somehow managed to take a statement from the Hawaii Department of Health (HDOH) that said one thing, and convinced millions of people that it meant the exact opposite. And they propped up their personal opinions with that spin as if it were fact.

The President’s Disability under the 25th Amendment-Update

Update: I am reposting this article in response to the following activities of Barack Hussein Obama, which reveal not only what I consider to be profound disloyalty to the United States, but disability by reason of mental defect:

Failure to exhibit any empathy at all with soldiers killed in the worst terrorist event since 911 inside the United States;
Evidence that the accused killer was a member of Barack Hussein Obama’s transition team and that special privilege may have led to the inability of base Commanders to remove Hasan;
Apparent evidence of sickness;
Continued failure to prove his citizenship and eligibility for the office of the Presidency.

Of course I believe he is committing treason as I write this and already has. But this mayalso be stopped if he is constitutionally removed by disability as a result of mental defect and continued failure to prove his citizenship.

The Crossing

On the long drive home Tuesday night, over a 10,000 foot pass, and through the crisp autumn air with the windows rolled down, I thought of the bridge we Patriots are building from the past, through now, and to the future.

Each investigative article, each network exposed, each politician disrobed, each strategy identified, is a crossing: a barrier understood and overcome, the elements of strategy appearing. We have used the timbers of our research, investigative skills, and our networking ability, to lay the foundation for the crossing. In the process we have grown as individuals, as a community of Patriots, and as Americans.

The Obama Unraveling

It appears that the more ‘deadpan’ Obama is about a subject, like ACORN, Bill Ayers, Jeremiah Wright and communism, the more he is actually involved. This is a useful tool as we realize he has been mum about the czars, the true intent of his foreign travels, and so many other facets of his ‘administration’ of government. He seems to be blowing smoke, but there is fire behind it.

Shining a light on any of these areas begins to unravel the Obama machine, as it was a contingency they had not planned on: the American people waking up. If the public disgust to the Obama-democratic health insurance plan scam is “Obama’s waterloo”, then the reaction to the bilking of taxpayers through ACORN will make the wheels fall off his Cloward-Piven wagon.

I found this piercing article about the Cloward-Piven strategy, the role of ACORN, and the connection to Obama over at American Daughter Media Center. Author Jim Simpson proposes an amazing chart which begins to show the net that holds the Obama machine together:

I was talking with a friend today about our long journey to restoring our Constitutional Republic, and the many roads, trails, and trials which lay ahead of us.

But we remembered, too, that the love held in our hearts for Country, and the principles we hold dear to, are like ‘diamonds’…on the soles of our shoes. They don’t wear out…the road is long, but they don’t wear out.

In the long battle to determine the eligibility of Barack Obama under Article II, Section I of the U.S. Constitution, there are many unsung heroes whose work has articulated, in great detail, the basis for constitutional eligibility, the proven the forgeries of documents, and the fraudulent methods Obama has used to avoid proving himself.

One of these heroes is jbjd, who has spent months researching and articulating various legal strategies to get at the issue of eligibility. While several high profile cases and authors have used jbjd’s work, few have actually applied the information correctly; some cases have been dismissed as a result, and some authors have missed entirely that key recommendations are state-specific, type of client- specific and not applicable on a nation-wide basis.

Just because none of us knows whether Barack Obama is a Natural Born Citizen does not mean, he is not a Natural Born Citizen; but if a state Attorney General supports charges of election fraud against the Democratic Party for swearing he is a Natural Born Citizen without ascertaining whether this is true, this does mean, he should be facing Articles of Impeachment.

And of course, I want him to repent for what his is trying to do today and to be aware that we will not let him rest. September 11 will live forever in America as a day of mourning and respect for those killed, their families, the survivors, the rescue workers and the rescue animals on that day in 2001. We salute our soldiers that went to get the perpetrators, and remember our unity and resolve as Americans in the face of such a terrible tragedy.

Americans remember

Such an event on our homeland cannot be trivialized, forgotten, replaced, nor celebrated, though some of course will. Isn’t it shocking to even wonder if the pResident of the U.S. is one of those celebrating?

And it cannot be usurped, as Obama would like to, with his announcement of his mandatory civilian army corps on September 11, 2009, in LaFayette Park across the street from the White House. Or carelessly dismissed by his disrespectful tossing of a rose into the memorial at New York’s Ground Zero last year.

Dear Senator Diaz,

Thank you for asking me to participate in the New York State Senate Aging Committee’s hearing regarding H.R. 3200, “America’s Affordable Health Choices Act of 2009.” You and I share a commitment to ensuring that our health care system is not “reformed” at the expense of America’s senior citizens.

I have been vocal in my opposition to Section 1233 of H.R.3200, entitled “Advance Care Planning Consultation.”[1] Proponents of the bill have described this section as an entirely voluntary provision that simply increases the information offered to Medicare recipients. That is misleading. The issue is the context in which that information is provided and the coercive effect these consultations will have in that context.

The Fawn and the Bobcat

The Jesusita Fire in Santa Barbara , CA last week caused these two to take shelter together. The fawn is 3 days old and the bobcat about 3 weeks. The fawn came from somewhere in the fire and the bobcat from Carpentaria.

They immediately bonded and snuggled together under a desk in the Santa Barbara County Dispatch Office for several hours.

Diversions Notice No. 10,514

Sometimes the number of diversions that Obama’s team are setting up is overwhelming, as it is of course intended to be. The ‘major plan’ (at this moment) is to appropriate of 1/6 of the American economy under the guise of health care health insurance reform health care for all, in the context of Obama’s sinking poll numbers and high disapproval rate of the democrats in Congress. Here’s just one pattern I see emerging:

Accuse people of treason, political terrorism, or some other scurrilous term
Attack the CIA
Blame Bush & republicans
Hit Sarah Palin and in general, women

The Land and Water Czars

I am compelled to discuss further the troubling ‘czar’ development as we now have on the horizon the next step in controlling the very land, water, and air we breathe (h/t The Dame Truth). Instead of the czars of land and water coming in the form of individuals, this time they come in the form of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Corps) and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). It is cleverly disguised as “The Clean Water Restoration Act”, and would give jurisdiction of all waters of the United States, and activities that effect those waters (ahem, what doesn’t?) to the Corps and the EPA.

The management of all land, fish, wildlife and timber resources in the United States, particularly in the west, is the responsibility of the Department of the Interior, itself containing the U.S. Geological Survey, Bureau of Mines, Fish & Wildlife Service, Park Service, Bureau of Reclamation, Bureau of Indian Affairs. Two other major federal cabinet agencies are involved in water and land management, including Commerce and Agriculture. Oh, and (psst..Corps/EPA…) by the way, water in the desert is a big thing and one better know about snow, ground water, recharge, and water quality.

“….I can’t believe we were “cheneyed” by a guy named Barack Obama”

Well, well, well. Progressives are turning on Obama. It is, in my view, about time. But pardon my incredulity as the koolaid drinking, rose colored glasses-wearing, cotton in your ears type people finally begin to wake up.

When will they realize the damage they’ve done, brought on by their refusal to listen and see? I am one person whose life has been changed forever with this damage…..I see the struggle for our Country’s survival as the biggest challenge many of us will ever face.

History of Radicalism: The Series

Here for your viewing pleasure (and to pass along to friends) and analysis is Sean Hannity’s series “Obama and Friends: History of Radicalism. I am grateful to jeanniejo, the goddess of all links, and to her friend Anita Moncrief http://www.anitamoncrief… for her kind efforts in compiling each of these videos on her website and through twitter.

This film series, as I recall, was supposed to be broadcast in October 2008 and at least I thought the exposure of Obama’s radical friends would be the “october surprise”. As it turns out, our Country was attacked economically in late September–a convenient and deadly distraction from fully exposing Obama.

While many of you have seen this series, the questions I have upon reviewing them again have to do with their accuracy and effectiveness. If the American public had had a chance to review these videos last October, would it have made any difference? Did the context of the economic crisis affecting the country make these videos irrelevant? Would these videos have been perceived as ‘republican dirty tricks’? Finally, what are the next steps with this information?
