Kim finds out she’s on the review committee for challenged books, and Jen lives through Groundhog Day where she dissects the same data over and over and over-or maybe she’s in a level of Dante’s Inferno?
They also give their response to a country singer comparing teachers to pedophiles.
They discuss trends for over 40-year-old women. Gingham, pants under skirts, and popcorn textures-oh my!
The review results from a poll given on Linked IN regarding the four-day workweek. They make a new online friend, Jane, who thinks teachers need to “do more to be better”. They calmly discuss her opinions without any outbursts whatsoever.

It seems she may have forgotten she was doing a podcast whilst doing a podcast.

District Disconnect and Parents’ Bill of RIghts

Jen and Kim discuss teaching the words ‘aphrodisiac” and ‘impotent’ to high school students. Jen tells about an unfortunate F BOMB dropped on a recording she accidentally submitted on a test. It wouldn’t be a Twisted Teacher episode without an update about Ben Affleck. Kim finds herself in a tiny tirade about why kids are watching Euphoria while their parents are banning books.  They also discuss the disconnect between school districts and the teachers. Is it really ok to have parents pop in your classroom whenever they want to check on their kids? Is it ok for parents to require a list of books a teacher may have in his/her classroom? Is it ok for the district to let parents run our education system?
