In Those Shoes?

Remember these?........well I did say I was going to make another pair and here they are...all pretty in cream and pink. These would be fab made from wedding dress bits, a gift for the bride.
I made these for The Ribbon Girl, check out their blog for a beautiful giveaway... a heap of fabulous ribbons and trims.

If you would like to make some then check out the Craft Stamper website for the template. May 2010 Grungepaper shoes.

If you do make some let me know so I can come and see!

New Shoes!

Remember this fabric? Well it's UFO time (unfinished objects) and these have been waiting to be made for an age, so I cut them out.

The template is available for download from Craft Stamper, look for Bejewelled May 2010 ( yes that's how long I've been meaning to make these!)

I stamped some ribbon with a Zetti stamp and used it for the label.

Stitched the upper to the sole on the machine with a zigzag stitch.
Added cord to neaten the top edge, lace and velvet ribbon. A few sequins and beads.

A cheap necklace provided the embellishment (Primarni!)
A few tiny gems to finish.

And some fabulous silk ribbon for the bows.
It's not very often I'm pleased with something........... but I do like these!
I hope you do too!
PS.. I've got plans for some grungy black ones and some vintage wedding ones.......one day!
