I am a star today in AFI Designs newest fashion release, Bold. You won’t be missed in Bold’s two piece outfit with low slung baggy pants and a cropped top in deep rich fall colors. The textures feel like luxurious velvet painted with an artistic flair; starry skies on the top that give way to an explosion of sunset colors on the bottoms. This is an outfit you can dress up or down; I choose to be subdued by adding a tank top from JANE underneath and pairing it with exotic jewelery, but Bold could easily be an eye catching clubbing outfit when paired with some studded boots and leather. Mmmm Friday, time to get out of the office and let loose if you can. Me, I’m ready to cause an office scandal in today’s TGIF offerings from Blacklace, the Starlett mesh dress and the matching Starlight lingerie set. The dress skims every dangerous curve and accentuates the perfect hourglass figure. The bodice is cut just deep enough and the hem just high enough to ensure you’ll be saying “my eyes are up here” lol. I kept the stockings from the lingerie set on to heighten the seductive quality with a little peek of garter from the asymmetric hemline. Because it’s mesh the dress doesn’t have Tango appliers but honestly… with this who needs em? Continue reading
Hey, I freely admit that I’m a huge dork and I like playing dress up. For me, that’s part of the fun of Second Life; I can be whatever I want, whenever I want to. Today that means I’m a Twi’lek, a fantasy creature from the Star Wars saga, thanks to Skindustrial Bodyworks Twi’ek avatar and matching Lekku. I stumbled across this fantastical avatar while wandering the Marketplace and it captivated me so much I had to try it out. For one thing, the skin is beautiful… blue, sans eyebrows, and all. It’s not often that I see a fantasy skin so smoothly made and this came with Lola’s Tango appliers, making it another plus in my book. The full avatar includes the skin and jewelry you see here, as well as silks with Tango’s appliers, and a set of Lekku; however I purchased their separate set of mesh Lekku for more versatility. Today I wanna be tough and sexy in Evolve’s new I Wanna Be, a bold graphic minidress in mesh that features a print of Catwoman. Now, you know Catwomen doesn’t take any bs from anyone so I had to bring it. I Wanna Be includes the spiked collar and bracelet you see here making the edgy vibe built in. All I did was add some badgirl tats from [addiXion, (red) Mint’s tousled asymmetric hair, and a cross chain from Fusion and I’m ready to break hearts and take names. Continue reading
