let's consider falsifying evidence, tampering with evidence, and lying under oath to put someone in prison.
Putting them in prison, general population, sounds reasonable as punishment.
In a letter sent to someone not involved in Adamiak’s case, The ATF explained the RPG training devices.
“The sub-caliber RPG-7 training devices previously evaluated, like the ones you mention, typically contain a barrel chambered in 7.62x39mm, possess a firing mechanism including a striker, sear, and trigger device. Its intended use is as a subcaliber insert training device for the RPG-7 anti-armor projector. However, the design of the device also allows it to be fired without the use of an RPG-7,” the ATF said in the letter.
The ATF also never mentioned that the entire device—an RPG and the 7.62x39mm training device—were sold to the public on GunBroker.
“This one’s been modified a little to color within the lines of the National Firearms Act of 1934. First, it can’t load or fire a live PG-7V or other rocket-propelled grenade round, only the subcaliber device. Second, ATF interprets a subcaliber device as a ‘firearm,’ not any specific kind of firearm, but installing it in an RPG-7V, even one that’s been modified so that it cannot fire live rounds, creates a ‘short-barreled rifle,’” a Loadout Room story states.
This offer was not an experiment as to whether ATF would approve the sale. The entire device had been approved by ATF’s Firearm Technology Branch, and the seller had the ATF approval letter, which they included in the kit.

I probably can't say anything new about the Epstein information mess,
but possibly this:
"If we get rid of everyone who had access to all the information and evidence and was possibly involved in getting rid of it, we might just be starting from scratch."
In which case firing every one of the bastards seems like a good start.

This girl is brave, in two ways; first to put her face in public for the slavers to see,
second because the Brit government will really want to shut her up. And the janissaries pretending to be peace officers will happily take orders to make it happen.
Which brings us to this:
THIS Labour government has many delusions, but perhaps most astonishing is that it seems to believe we still live in the pre-internet era. That’s the only possible explanation for Jess Phillips, Minister for Safeguarding and Violence Against Women and Girls, sneaking into the Chamber on Tuesday afternoon, hours before the Commons broke for Easter Recess, in the hope of brushing the betrayal of grooming gang survivors under the carpet.
By all accounts, her fellow Parliamentarians were given just 45 minutes’ notice of the statement that Phillips read out. Phillips herself seemed almost bored by what she was reading, racing through it at breakneck speed with the attitude of a surly teenager. But the words are there in Hansard, available to all online. They read: ‘We will set out the process through which local authorities can access the £5million national fund to support locally-led work on grooming gangs.’
In other words, the five inquiries for which the £5million had been earmarked have been scrapped. Instead, any local authority will be able to apply for funding for ‘more bespoke work’ – victims’ panels, audits of the handling of historical cases, and suchlike. With more than 50 towns implicated in the atrocity, that £5million won’t stretch very far.
When you consider the number of council members and cops and politicians* who've been involved in this, both passively and actively, both trying to cover this all up and some actually taking part... the facts actually get out, an awful lot of the British people would, I think, say "Now or never" and start acting. And even nothing more than demonstrations would probably blow the place apart**.
Which is exactly what it appears is needed.
*testimony and records of actions, which included cops raping the girls, whether as payoff or because they were part of it; want to take bets on how many politicians were bought off the same way?
This also includes the chickenshits in both parties who never had the balls to say or do anything about it, and now are terrified they'll be held to account.
**The minute a lot of people go out waving flags and calling for justice, the janissaries will be sent out to stop them, no matter what they have to do. Which at some point becomes the badge as a mark for the enemy. Throw in a bunch of the muslims who've been allowed to decide they run the place starting to beat and kill people in these crowds, with the cops protecting them while they do it, well, a lot of people just might decide their ancestors didn't fight and bleed and die to let this happen.

And over here, the EffingBI... can cleaning out be enough,
or just flat get rid of the place?
New chat logs released by the House Judiciary Committee this week show the extraordinary lengths the FBI went to behind the scenes to shut down any discussion of Hunter Biden’s laptop in October 2020 after the New York Post broke the story.
The conversations, withheld by the FBI under Director Chris Wray, show that senior leadership issued an internal “gag order” on the laptop.
The FBI had been in possession of the abandoned MacBook Pro for 10 months by that stage, after computer repair shop owner John Paul Mac Isaac handed it over and warned of the potential crimes and national security concerns he had found.
We've been told that with Patel in charge, the Good Agents are actually doing their jobs again... We'll see. It's going to take a lot for that place to start regaining some trust.

F Troop really doesn't like being told that they are not
Judge Dredd saying "WE are the law!"
There need to be a bunch of people fired at that agency, and in many cases criminal trials for them.
I agree
And borrowed from Wirecutter,

No, I didn't know about that gunman,
from what Ngo tells us, you probably won't hear a thing on the regular 'news'.
That Coast Guard Commandant who just got fired had things other than DEI she should've been using her time on. Holy crap, some other people need to lose rank or be thrown out as well.
"Trump just fired those FBI officials out of revenge!"
The hell he did. And they should be tried for violating federal laws, one of which is going after a whistleblower.
And Garland should be tried with him, if they haven't already burned all the evidence.
I may have posted on this before, but I'm too tired to look: F Troop just seems to want to give more reasons to throw them the hell out.
And get sued.
And that's all I've got for now, guys

The weather sucks right now, so while I've got some time* addition at the bottom
I'm going to link to some of the stuff I've seen over the past few days on the Great Audits
The USAID story is ongoing, and you can bet some will try everything they can to keep that money flowing.
When the dust settles we are going to find out that most of the domestic terror we have seen the last few years (think BLM and INTIFA riots) were funded by USAID. That is just the tip of the iceberg. 3/ (I would think that supposition may be very likely)
Gee, just where did all that relief money to Haiti disappear to?
This guy describes the current mess as 'Spending is out of control, so you take the time to go over everything, no matter how much it hurts.'
Connected to both bad spending and stupid 'law enforcement',
HOLY SHIIIT. The FBI just revealed that 5,000 out of their 13,000 agents were focused on January 6th protestors.
39% of the entire bureau, for this:
Makes you wonder how many slavers and smugglers could've been caught, doesn't it?
And the people said "See how it feels, you clowns."

Michael Byrd, the Capitol cop, is a serious piece of crap
It seems some of those missing files about disciplinary action have turned up, and yeah, he's worse than we already knew.
A source with detailed knowledge of the Internal Affairs Division case told Blaze News that Byrd was charged with abandoning his post, eating and drinking at his post, and lying to investigators — a terminable offense. It is one of three Byrd disciplinary cases for which records could not be found when a House oversight subcommittee requested them in early 2024, the source said.
...
“It’s funny to me that everyone knows Mike’s a liar and the case that sustains it that had all the evidence that shows he is a liar is something that Tad [DiBiase] and the department can’t find when there’s all these different records. If they just did a search on the emails, all this stuff, it would be in existence.”
Can you say 'The fix is in'?
And a ways further down,
DiBiase wrote that the USCP could help Byrd obtain mental health assistance, “but not move forward on a FFDE [fitness for duty evaluation] since a negative one could mean we should not allow him to carry our USCP-issued firearm if he is not fit to be a police officer.
Read it all, including all the money involved, and some of the politicians giving some.

A bit of news before the day really starts
Starting with what caused that odd screaming sound from the direction of DC:
Another "You can't do that" to a federal agency; it's wonderful
The brass on the seventh floor at FBI headquarters in Washington have been in a daze and wary of a housecleaning since Donald Trump was reelected president on Tuesday, inside sources say.
The Washington Times learned through several anonymous bureau sources that senior agency executives were “stunned” and “shell-shocked” by Mr. Trump’s victory over Vice President Kamala Harris.
“You know the fit test? How they let the standards slack on the fit test?” said the first FBI source, referring to the agency’s physical fitness requirements. “Everyone’s going to have a real problem when they’re running for the door.”
I hope they're having heart palpitations. The crap they've been caught at, they should be with someone who wants to deal with them coming into the Oval Office. Personally, one of the first things Trump does should be to do said dealing with them. Can't do anything about the shredders some of the are probably burning out, unfortunately.
There was a FEMA clown who specifically directed personnel in NC to not talk to people with Trump signs on their houses/yards. Some whistleblowers made enough noise they couldn't just cover it up, and she was fired. Now,
'FEMA preaches avoidance first, and then de-escalation. This is not isolated. This is a colossal event of avoidance,' Washington said in an interview with YouTube podcaster Roland Martin.
'Not just in the state of Florida. You will find avoidance in the Carolinas,' she revealed.
She says she was directly following FEMA protocol when she issued the controversial directive.
There's an amount of 'those people come out guns blazing' ass-covering in this, of course. It'll be interesting what the investigations turn up about FEMA protocol. Including the question someone asked: If it's her, maybe a couple of other clowns alone, why did they think they could get away with this? Three guesses, you only need one.
This does seem to cover it
And this will cause further screaming, from all over and not just DC: Trump appointed Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy to run a Dept. of Government Efficiency.
Yes, I know, creating a new department doesn't sound good. If it can stick to "We're getting rid of this and this and that whole bunch over there", I can get behind it.
And one more "Let's cause a lot of pain and wailing":
Incredible news: President @realDonaldTrump planning to tax excessively large private university endowments (which have benefited greatly from taxpayer $) to establish American Academy, a free online university for all. Purely academic.
Let's see, Harvard has something like forty billion in their, a fair number of others with multiple billions... I like it for the pure shock value, if nothing else.
See you later.

"We don't know who brought the cocaine into the White House"
Bullshit.
Former Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle and others in top agency leadership positions wanted to destroy the cocaine discovered in the White House last summer, but the Secret Service Forensics Services Division and the Uniformed Division stood firm and rejected the push to dispose of the evidence, according to three sources in the Secret Service community.
Multiple heated confrontations and disagreements over how best to handle the cocaine ensued after a Secret Services Uniformed Division officer found the bag on July 2, 2023, a quiet Sunday while President Biden and his family were at Camp David in Maryland, the sources said.
At least one Uniformed Division officer was initially assigned to investigate the cocaine incident. But after he told his supervisors, including Cheatle and Acting Secret Service Director Ron Rowe, who was deputy director at the time, that he wanted to follow a certain crime-scene investigative protocol, he was taken off the case, according to a source within the Secret Service community familiar with the circumstances of his removal.
Their paid liar Anthony Guglielmi insists "It's all a lie!" But, since he's been lying about the shooting, and the effed-up security, and who knows what all else, I don't think I trust him. And yes, it's from 'three sources', but such sources have been pretty accurate about a lot of things the last few years.

If this guy was worth a damn he'd resign over his part in the cluster,
and say "We need an outside group to do a full investigation of this."
Fat Damn Chance.
And most of our Professional Journalists don't want to touch it, it seems.
Here are just a few inexplicable things he revealed:
the Secret Service had no radio communications not only with the local police but also with the snipers
most of the vital communications were made using texts over an overloaded cell phone network
There are no recordings of the Secret Service communications, although there are of the locals
Rowe's assertions about the responsibilities of the local snipers didn't actually come from the local snipers--it was just made up by the Secret Service (we would know much less were it not for the locals)
the Secret Service command center was not co-located with the local police
The investigators have YET to talk to the local police who were assisting the SS, including the snipers (after three weeks!)
Butler was the VERY FIRST TIME that the Secret Service provided snipers for a Trump rally this election cycle
hmm, on that last one...
And, oh yes, there's more.

There's not two FBIs: there are some agents who are honest
and do not abuse their authority, and there's all the rest:
"Why, it almost seems like there are two different FBIs running around out there. One seeks to respect Americans’ civil liberties while the other is the tool of a state inching closer and closer toward tyranny.
That is, of course, unless you recognize that there’s just one FBI and they’re playing for a particular team. They’re respectful of the free speech rights of a group glorifying terrorism because those terrorists are supported by all the right people in government.
Meanwhile, they’ll hunt down every grandma who took an unguided tour of the Capitol for a whopping 10 minutes as if they’re Osama bin Laden.
Honestly, this is disgusting and FBI reform needs to be at the top of any to-do list for incoming lawmakers if we want to take them seriously. The FBI is well on its way to becoming a new Gestapo or KGB when it comes to domestic issues, and we should all be terrified of that."

We are. Except for those who dream of it because they assume they'll be in charge of it.

Why am I not surprised the bastards behind this are from the Dark & Fascist State
of New Jersey?
That Street Cop Training checklist, which offers handy excuses for officers keen to conduct searches for drugs or seizable cash, figures prominently in a recent report from Kevin Walsh, New Jersey's acting comptroller. The report criticizes the New Jersey company for encouraging officers to make or extend stops without reasonable suspicion and for promoting a "warrior" mentality that fosters the excessive use of force. "We found so many examples of so many instructors promoting views and tactics that were wildly inappropriate, offensive, discriminatory, harassing, and, in some cases, likely illegal," Walsh said when he released the report this week. "The fact that the training undermined nearly a decade of police reforms—and New Jersey dollars paid for it—is outrageous."
It's basically "Here's how you can use ANYTHING someone does as an excuse to screw with them."
Not to mention 'Screw with people just because you want a 'baseline' to work from."
Another speaker at the conference, Boston police officer Tommy Brooks, suggested pulling over "20 people in a row for the sole purpose of asking them a series of questions," such as where they are coming from and where they are going. That experiment, Brooks said, would establish a "general baseline" of "how people answer questions," which the officer could later use to identify "weird" responses from other drivers. Helpful or not, the research project that Brooks recommended would be blatantly unconstitutional. "Without an objectively reasonable basis for the stop," Walsh notes, "those stops, as described, would violate the Fourth Amendment prohibition on unreasonable seizures."
Crap like this has spread over time, and it's a big reason- especially in some places- nobody wants to deal with the cops: you don't/can't trust them to follow the rules. And, when they get caught and slapped down, they can claim Qualified Immunity and not pay any personal price, while you've been screwed over and had to pay a price even though you were innocent.

Chilly, overcast and damp;
yeah, it's December.
Visiting friends east of town meant getting back kind of late yesterday, and I was saved from starvation by a place called Basil in OKC. Mediterranean food, good stuff. Recommended.
And it was a good, just too short visit.
And now, your morning bitching:
Today, ethics watchdog Protect the Public’s Trust announced litigation against the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) for denying a series of records requests related to involvement of FBI officials in the censorship of American citizens as revealed in the Twitter Files exposés. Despite the heightened level of public interest in these records the FBI refused to comply, even though records available in the public domain acknowledge the existence of these documents.
The short version is "Yes, they're supposed to be public, and you have a right to see them, but we already look like crap for what all we've been doing and we don't want to give you more ammunition. So here are our excuses for not doing what we should."
More on the terrorists we're supposed to sympathize with, and who claim they know best for us:
“I think we made the point. We came here, we disrupted the event, we canceled Christmas, so give it up for yourselves,” yelled a protester as a pro-Muslim mob stormed a Christmas tree lighting ceremony in Ypsilanti, Michigan. The mob completely ruined the celebration and terrified children. At one point the grown Muslim sympathizers chanted, “America is a terrorist state.”
“Christmas is canceled everywhere until Palestine is free,” another protester yelled. Watch videos below.
The mob later broke into a building housing a local children’s choir. They yelled and screamed as the children tried to sing Christmas carols.
Yeah, mess up Christmas ceremonies and scare kids. Oh, you're great people, sure.
Oh, and throw in that the people doing this in some places were carrying national socialist swastikas. Nice touch, assholes.

A few things, partly so I don't lose track of them
while I'm going in circles.First, more on the EffingBI:
"It would be a travesty if they've actually done the same thing again. The FBI was always designed to be completely apolitical."
Notably, Veltri is not just anti-Trump, according to the whistleblower, but was acting deputy assistant director of the bureau's Security Division, overseeing efforts to suspend agents' security clearances if they were deemed to be "right-wing radical."
My my, Fauci seems to have changed his mind about 'Get the shot or else!' Speaking of someone who belongs in jail.
And one last thing just because I like it

Mayo Clinic: "How dare you think you actually have freedom of speech!"
Why so many didn't want the Jan. 6 tapes released: Because a bunch of them, especially some prosecutors and judges, deserve jail. At the least.

We are back to "The EffingBI is effing useless for anything except political hit jobs anymore
The gunman who killed Texas SWAT Officer Jorge Pastore in a shootout that also left two hostages dead was wearing body armor and night vision goggles — and was on the FBI’s terror watchlist, according to reports.
A search warrant for the suspect’s south Austin home — the scene of Saturday’s deadly shootout — unearthed bomb-making materials inside, calling for help from the FBI’s Evidence Recovery Team(possibly to let them hide evidence?), according to KXAN.

And, just to round out the picture,
Neither the suspect nor the dead hostages had been officially identified as of early Wednesday.
However, a local organization called the Round Rock Area Muslims said they were all family members of a “beloved brother” who was well-known in the local community.
This has got to be one of the most useless groups of people in law enforcement. How many terrorists does this make they 'had on their radar', something with actual knowledge they were about to do something, and the assholes sat back and did nothing? Except maybe watch it happen?

Is the EffingBI worth a crap for ANYTHING anymore?
The Federal Bureau of Investigation, by its own admission, neglected at least one critical investigation into horrific child sexual exploitation, while diverting agency resources toward investigating those thought to be involved in the Jan. 6, 2021, events at the U.S. Capitol.
An example of FBI misdirecting its resources is the disturbing case of an Alaska man, Brogan T. Welsh, who allegedly distributed child pornography and expressed disgusting fantasies online about anally raping male children.
The FBI had Welsh in its sights and was set to bring charges against him. Even one week before Jan. 6, 2021, the man they believe is Welsh was trying to get a sex date with a prepubescent boy online.
But the FBI but dropped the case on Jan. 6, 2021, according to the FBI’s Statement of Facts to the court. It had more important things to investigate – Trump supporters.
How many other cases of equal or greater severity have been dropped by the FBI in favor of targeting politically active Americans?
Hey, they didn't care about lots of gymnasts being raped at a university, what makes you think they'll give a crap about a child molester when they can chase political undesirables for bullshit charges?

As I recall, they violated the limits on the search warrant just to begin this mess,
and now this:
“All we know is that their property was in a box and safe before the FBI broke into the box,” Joe Gay, an attorney with the nonprofit law firm Institute for Justice, told Fox News. “Once the FBI broke into the box, we honestly don’t know exactly what happened.”
“We don’t know if they lost it. We don’t know if somebody pocketed it and walked away,” he continued. “We have no way to know.”
Once upon a time my first thought would've been "Holy crap!" Now, it's more of "So what's new?
And you knew this was coming:
Pearsons said she’d never heard of civil forfeiture before.(i.e.'Theft under color of law')
But after doing research, she discovered that one of the options to reclaim items presented on the notice essentially gave the FBI all rights to decide what’s done with the property.
“It was very disingenuous and shady even,” she told Fox News. “It’s the least transparent process. It’s not something that you would do if your intent was to find out who these items belonged to.”
No, it's deliberate theft. 'Justified' with this:
When pressed for a copy of the video inventory of the box, the FBI said that in its rush to process so much property, it had abandoned its initial plan to film the process, completing inventory paperwork instead, according to the Institute for Justice.("Hey, now, if we video all this we can't just do what we want!)
...
He said the FBI inventories listed items like “miscellaneous coins” or “miscellaneous items” which were “utterly useless” for the intended purpose of protecting owners’ property.
As if the gave a crap for that.
And the crown on top of this crap sundae:
Mellein sued the government to force the return of the coins in August 2021.
Months later, the government found and returned 47 of them but told Melleine he must dismiss his lawsuit and file a claim with the FBI in order to track down remaining 63.
In March 2023, after filing his claim, the FBI told Mellein it had investigated itself and that there was no evidence that it had done anything wrong or careless, according to the Institute for Justice.
Used to be that "We have investigated ourselves and found ourselves innocent/justified" was a joking statement; they've worked hard to make it their standard response.
Clean the place out from top to bottom, or just get rid of the Bureau. At this point I lean toward the latter.

Why anyone trusts these people about anything anymore, I do not know.
A former FBI supervisor has informed Congress that the bureau’s Washington field office had a second “politically connected” informant giving them information for the investigation into the Biden crime family but was instructed to “shut down the source” before the 2020 presidential election.
“Retired Special Agent Timothy Thibault, the former No. 2 supervisor in the FBI’s Washington field office, told the House Judiciary Committee last week in a transcribed interview he was somewhat taken aback when he received the request from the lead agent in the Hunter Biden tax case in October 2020 to shut down the confidential human source (CHS),” reports Just the News.
Remember a couple of years ago when the EffingBI was complaining that when their agents testified in court they weren't automatically believed anymore? After all the crap that's come out about the FBI laboratory crap, and then the political stuff, they should be amazed they're believed about anything, including that they're actually a Federal agent.
