I do not like funerals.  It is an irony, I suppose.  I spend a great deal of time within old cemeteries and, therefore, amongst the dead.  But I do not like having to deal with the sadness and pain that a new death brings.  But I just had to go say “Goodbye” to my Aunt Bernice today.  And one more of my “old folks” has left this earth to go to rest with the Angels.  She was loved, cherished and she will be terribly missed!  May her soul rest in perfect peace!
