For those of you who don’t know (which should be all of you, unless you got here from my Facebook) — I’m a hooper, or hoop-dancer, or whatever you want to call it. I dance.. with hula-hoops. (;
I am so thankful for my hoops because they help to keep me sane — and healthy. Getting lost in the flow of the music is one of the most uplifting feelings; I’m sure you get it with things like singing and playing instruments as well. I would highly recommend hooping to anybody who wants to get healthy — mentally and physically.
