Total Anarchy!

There is a hunt for fleur de lis going on in Anarchy, and there are only a few more days to find some great stuff. They’re big, small, HUGE, inside shops, outside.. all over.. and they cost 0L$ each.

Note: three pieces of Malkavian jewelry specially made by Talia Tokugawa of Primcision will be set out somewhere in the sim on Sunday, Feb 22. These pieces are finders keepers. (Don’t worry, though, you can still find them for purchase inside Desolation/Grace).

Skins from Pididdle and A Piece of Candy

I’m trying a new format for showing skins I blog. I know that some people like to see the full skin before the buy it.. even if it is a dollarbie or freebie. To give our readers a more complete idea of what the skins look like, I’m showing full frontal and back pictures with no hairstyle, then a closeup of the face with a hairstyle that I think compliments the skin.

I agree that some skins are simply not worth the effort to teleport to.. even if they are free. I also understand that some people are offended by nude skins in the blog, so I’m putting them behind a cut. You are hereby forewarned: There are pictures of nekid peoples behind the cut.

Since this is something new I’m trying out, I’m asking for feedback from our readers. Love it? Hate it?.. I want to know. Now, with that out of the way, on to the skins..

Mardi Gras Hunt!

In the southeastern US we celebrate Mardi Gras in BIG way — parades and parties are the rule of the day (and night), and people will show off any body part for some of those silly plastic beads.

New Toulouse is celebrating Mardi Gras with a hunt for fantabulous prizes. You can see a full list of participating shops in the New Toulouse Tattler. Please note that this is not an easy “walk around and pick up the boxes” type hunt.. you will actually have to search for the prizes, and some are hard to find — but sooo worth the effort!

The hairstyle Shang is wearing is a dollarbie from Concrete Flowers. The note tucked into the folder with this hairstyle says that Concrete Flowers has weekly dollarbies.. so check back often!

In true southeastern Mardi Gras fashion there will also be parades, prizes, and parties in New Toulouse! Walking around this sim is like being in the French Quarter of New Orleans, so pretty.
