Bliss Couture Member Appreciation Gifts

Bliss Couture is having a hunt to celebrate 46,000 members. The hunt began July 5th and ends on August 5th. There are 8 boxes hidden in Bliss Couture. It took me a bit to find them all, because the store is so large.

The gifts include a colorful long flexi skirt, floral button mesh shirt, dark floral mesh mini skirt, silver chain earrings, pink and blue makeup, a Rose hat, sun hat, and hair in noir and sugar. The Tutu Bell Bottom silver pants are not free, but a discounted price of L$95.

I had to skinny myself down a bit to fit in the mesh clothing, but once I did the results were wonderful.

There’s also a pink shimmery Member Appreciation dress for Bliss Couture group members.

Now Hiring!

We are looking for one male and one female blogger to join our team. Currently we are compiling a list of people who might like to be more involved with FabFree for a possible writer position.

FabFree is the oldest Freebie blog in SL. The blog was started in September of 2007. We have grown tremendously since then and have between 5,000 to 7,000 viewers a day!

To qualify you must be a loyal Fabulously Free in SL group member, willing to explore fashion, and available to post on a regular basis. As a writer for Fabulously Free in SL, we take pride in leading the group and helping members find quality items throughout SL and you should as well.

Becoming a FabFree writer means more than just blogging, you become part of our family and team. As FabFree writers we should work well as a group, have open communication, and feel comfortable with one another. We are looking for the right fit.

Please send a note include full (SL) name, age, what time are you usually in SL, recent snapshot (include a full body and head shot), description about yourself. What is your typical style? Do you change skins, shapes, hair often or do you have a particular look that you stick with? Basically anything that you think will get our attention.

Some of things we would like to know about the new blogger are: What type of fashion you enjoy? Do you enjoy Hunts? Do you blog for other websites? If so would FabFree be your first priority? How often do you see yourself contributing to the blog (needs to be at least 5-10 times a week)? How long you’ve been in SL? Do you have any ALTs?

Also, Please explain what content theft is and how it hurts SL in your own words.

Furnishings Friday #8 – A Clean Slate

Today is Furnishings Friday, the day I dedicate to blogging a house, or furniture or decorative items for the home! Today I am showing you the Clean Slate Home, built by Tash Porthos from Dirty.Little Secret. I feel very guilty that I have no taken photos of it myself, but I just didn’t have the prims to spare on my land – the vendor picture is pretty good and shows it well. You can snag this really great build for just 10L by locating the Seraphim Turns One Hunt icon instore until July 31st.

The Clean Slate Home features two levels with wide open rooms, large picture windows and a pergola glass roof. Everything you see in the above photo is just 95 prims and it is fully mod and copy so you can add some of your own ideas to it! Tash loves this house so much, she’s living in a version of it herself!

EMO-tional Hair

I’ve been trying to figure out how to show exactly how unique and special the EMO-tions Hair Fair styles are. Each of these hairstyles can change to a completely new look. Click on the hair and choose the style you would like and your avatar puts her hands through the hair and changes it within seconds. The animation is so cute and realistic for the hair change!

Felice is the long pigtail/braided style. Go from a classy clipped back to a messy short style with the Karen hair. The Phillis hairstyle is a tight curl that can either be loose or back in a bun.

Susan is a long hair with a black headband which can also be pulled back into a bun.

Wendy is a long hair that can also be worn in a ponytail. All of these hairstyles are available in other colors, I just happen to like the brown a lot.

Don’t forget to pick up the free Milly braided hair from EMO-tions at Hair Fair 2012! I am also wearing a black vintage mesh Jenna skirt that was sent to Blueberry group and sub-o members earlier today.

I’m Going, I’m Going!

So… I am totally supposed to be packing for my trip tomorrow, but I saw a couple of really great free gifts and I need to show them before I go. Really, someone is going to have to just remove me from my computer lol, or I just won’t go! Ok.. I’ll make this short and sweet so I can get on with RL stuff. The Feel Good Romper in green with the adorable daisy on the chest (and the bum too – cute!), is a dollarbie in the Furore Marketplace store. This is mesh and comes in several sizes with an alpha layer.

The gorgeous skin I am wearing is a free group gift for joining the Lissee inworld group. Lissee (formerly Mamboo Chic), has released a new skin called Mia that is available in 13 makeups, and 4 different skin tones. She recently sent Mia out in the honey skin tone to members of her new group called Lissee. The group is currently free to join, so this is a great time to join and stay in the group to take advantage of future gifts. I imagine based on her last group fee of 300L that it will go up soon!

ChiChickie in RibboNs

RibboN has a new Marine long skirt in the lucky boards. The skirt looks great with the white open lace top which I finally won from the lucky boards at RibboN.

The hair is from ChiChickie! at Hair Fair 2012. There are five styles available from ChiChickie! this year for Hair Fair. Tanya is a wild updo held together with two twisted color changeable bands (LOVE THIS ONE!), Amanda is a long straight style with side swept bangs, Avery is a short shaggy hair, Delilah is a curly hairstyle which includes an optional texture change fedora, and Jolene is a shoulder length razor angled cut. Miss Misery

I did a little 7Seas Fishing this weekend at Sn@tch and I am in total LOVE with the Electra Corset and Sasha Top shown above which I think looks super sexy with a pair of black jeans, but this is just part of the fishing outfit. You can fish for 21 pieces to make up the entire outfit shown below called Miss Misery that includes the outfit, stockings, shoes, gloves, earrings, makeup tattoo and also the grey eyes. A big thank you to Fenella Flanagan who helped me collect a few of the pieces I needed to complete the outfit. These pieces are all transfer, so you can swap extras with the other fishers!

Amacci Cupcakes

VoguE is offering the onyx lace Nalley gown for group members this month. It is free to join the *VoguE* Style With Attitude group. Love and I were on the same wave length with the black ribbon Samma earrings from ELUZION. The earrings were sent to ELUZION members earlier this month.

Chrysalis is offering the blue July cocktail dress for group members this month. It is free to join the Chrysalis group. MOREA STYLE group members can get the chrome Ventiane gown and matching earrings free throughout July.
