Uber Cuteness @ The Beach
I remember with fondness the many hours I spent on the beaches of Florida’s panhandle or sailing on my friend’s catboat. Of course those days are over now. These days I visit beaches in Second Life because it’s much cooler and better for my skin. I still have some beach vibes in me.

As we eased into August new hunts started. The Save the Sea Hunt 2 benefits the IKSDP-Harambee Project Gwassi Kenya, a non-profit association that aims at the self-development of the Nyandiwa community on the shores of Lake Victoria (Kenya). Items on this hunt are $3L each.
My Better at the Beach Tee by The Bold Llama T – Shirt Co. speaks to how uncomplicated & freeing it can be to actually be on a beach. I would def wear this in the real world. Graphic tees are my thing in both lives.

I wandered over to the 1 Hundred store today to pick up a sale item. I was excited to see a $10L find! The cute skirt I’m showing is from the Say It Mini Set. It comes with a Tiny Kini top (not shown here). The whole outfit is very cute as is everything there.

The Friend or Foe 6.0 Hunt runs until August 18th. This great watch from Loordes of London called Killing Time has options for either wrist. If you’re obsessed by time wear both!
Finally, my backdrop, The Monkey Island, is a group gift from The Bearded Guy. The group costs $75L to join. Once you have the tag there is an entire wall of group gifts. If you take lot of photos you need to join this group. And of course a $30L gacha sale is underway before they all poof into the SL Magnetosphere.

Pink Roses
Hey Hey FabFree! Today ( or tonight as it pretty late here…) I am whole heartedly celebrating the FREE in the Fabulously Free name. I’ve got my entire outfit here for FREE. The top… the skirt… even my shoes. And all I had to do was join the WIB Event group, also for free.
I do love big events with tons of free gifts and WIP certainly fits the mold. Tons of great shopping, tons of great free gifts = tons of fun, right? So lets get to the goodies.
Starting at the top is my lovely headband from Azul. Adorned with pale pink lilies and a falling petal, it fits with my new dress like it was made for it.
Speaking of my new sundress, this is ‘Sweet Spring’ from 1Hundred. Anytime I see 1Hundred has a gift out, I know it’s going to be a good one. And I am not disappointed with Sweet Spring. I love the soft watercolor vintage roses on the fabric. Make me think sunny Summery thoughts.

Hello Fab Free! I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend. Mine was pretty great, I feel refreshed and ready to take on the weekly grind. As for this post I have some Spookzilla finds, and a few October group gifts to share. First, I’m slightly obsessed with bats, which made these lounge shorts and matching top by 1 Hundred absolutely irresistible. I also picked up some pretty must-have makeup group gifts at Purple Beauty, and ghoulish confection group gift from Palette.
1 Hundred at Spookzilla
1 Hundred has 8 total hunt prizes at the Spookzilla event. You’ll need to hunt down the little ghosts from 1 Hundred hidden around the Spookzilla sim. I picked up the “Night Wing” shirt and the matching “Night Wing” shorts for just 10 linden each. The top says “moonlight” across the front and has a purple bat on the back. The shorts have a high slit on either side.

Purple Beauty
I’m a sucker for good makeup, BOM layers, appliers, I’ll wear them both. For me makeup is just a fun form of self expression. Purple Beauty has two beautiful group gifts available. One is a BOM layer eyeshadow set, and the other is a glittery gloss set in a Catwa HD applier. The colors in both sets are vibrant and beautiful on. The Purple Beauty group has a join fee of just 50 linden.
Palette
This “Vampire Milkshake” group gift at Palette manages to be gory and cute. It also ties in nicely with my very relatable Angelina Jolie quote at the top of the post. This ghoulish beverage comes with a bento hold pose for the right or left, and a display version. The cup says “Happy Halloween” with little bats, also I love the little bat chocolates on the top! You’ll need to join the “Leggy Mainstore Official” group which is the store group for Palette to claim this gift. The group has a join fee of just 10 linden.

Bloomin’ Brilliant
I’m waiting patiently for my flowers to bloom in my garden in RL. I’ve nursed them, talked to them, watered and observed…but no flowers yet. I know patience is a virtue, but this is just getting silly! June is inching toward it’s conclusion, and I’m in the mood for some blooms. SL to the rescue!
Women Only!
The Women Only Hunt continues, and I dipped into their offerings by visiting both 1Hundred and IDK Poses. The cute little pink romper from 1Hundred is only 5 Lindens when you find the cheery sun on the sim, and the pose and flowers only cost 10L and a bit of hunting at IDK Poses (you get a bunch more poses in the box too. I’ve added the vendor pic below!). The Women Only Hunt is running until June 30th, so keep those eyes peeled!
