Happy Thursday, Fabulous Readers!  There’s still something wondrous about catching snowflakes, even though I’m an adult.  I’m sure living in a place that hardly ever sees snow has something to do with it!  I love the way this photo captures that feeling.  Gus and I are popping in quickly to share a free complete outfit that we picked up as a group gift.

Take Me on an Autumn Walk

Happy Weekend, Fab Free! Gus heard that a turkey is running amok around the grid, acting like a real jerk. The bird is reportedly loud and obnoxious, knocking stuff over and throwing feathers around.  Of course, Gus and I had to hit the trail on The Jerky Turkey Hunt and see what we could find.  Today’s outfit is one of the prizes.

Oh hello there, Fabulous Readers!  You caught me in the middle of a spell.  I ran out of coffee in my tumbler, and lazy Gus said he didn’t have the energy to fetch some at the nearest coffee shop.  Well, he did accompany me around the grid today, so he gets a pass this time.  My incantation doesn’t seem to be working, so how about I tell you about our fabulous finds today?

A Hex-y Hairstyle

To start with, my bewitchingly touseled locks today are offered at the special price of just 50 Lindens over at Doe as part of Fifty Linden Friday.  It’s aptly called “Witch” and there are three color packs available.  I opted for Flux, which offers 40 textures with stripes of shades rather than a solid color.  The folder also includes a HUD for the hat, allowing you to customize it to your liking.  If you don’t care for the Flux pack, Kraken and Racoon are also featured at this bargain price.

Arachno-Glam

My empty tumbler is a free gift from Eternus at the Kustom9 11th Anniversary Event.  You can’t see it from the angle of my photo, but it sports a giant arachnid poised on the glass, as well as a handy lid and straw.  Cute ghosties, pumpkins, and purple stars adorn the sides.  To snatch this cup for yourself, you need to be a member of the Kustom9 group, but there’s no join fee.

Speaking of spiders, I picked up the Black Widow Pack Collection for just 69L$ over at Fontaine Cosmetics for the District 69 Sale.  When I saw this eyeshadow palette with tiny spiders and webs, I couldn’t resist!  The set includes lipstick and blush that I am not wearing, and works only on the Lelutka EvoX mesh head.  I’ll put a close-up photo below so you can see a detailed view.

Under a Spell

Thankful Grateful Blessed

Happy Friday, Fab Free!  Gus and I found a new friend today as we enjoyed coffee and a snack on the Le Monde Perdu sim.  We’ve been up and down the hunt trails lately, and we need to keep our energy up. 🙂  We explored the I Put a Spell On You 4 hunt today.  This event runs through Halloween, and you’ll search for pumpkins filled with spooky prizes for budget-friendly prices.

It Called to Me

The first hunt prize we have to show is this adorable Wrenly Bralett adorned with super cute ghosts, pumpkins, candy corn, and hearts.  Of course, once I read the name of the top, I knew I had to blog it!  This strapless cropped bustier is playful and perfect for a warm day, or works well under a jacket.  Gus and I picked up this little gem from Starlight Apparel, and it only cost 1L$ plus a bit of time searching.

Our second hunt prize is actually our afternoon snack!  The designer down at Sour Pickles must have been baking up a storm for the hunt.  It didn’t take Gus long to sniff out this frosted ghoul.  I can’t promise he didn’t help himself to a few of the hunt prizes while we were in the shop because he did have some incriminating crumbs in his whiskers!  There are 3 different varieties of cookies to find:  a witch hat for 50L$, a bat for 25L$, and the ghost for just 1L$.  I had to have the iced poltergeist to coordinate with my top.

Time Out for Pumpkin Spice

Hi there, Fabulous Readers!  Gus and I are still on our autumn road trip and we stumbled across an adorable spot – The Witch Is In Cafe.  This place embodies the fall ambiance and also serves a mean pumpkin spice latte. 🙂  Of course, I had to wear a new outfit I created with two free gifts!
