I picked up this dress as a free group gift at the Sense Event. It’s on the wall kind of in the middle by a doorway. You’ll see it. Just join the free event group and the gift is free. I absolutely love the sexy cut and the gorgeous iridescent shine. Time is of the essence here though, because the event is set to end on April 8th. That only leaves you a couple of days to pop over and snag the free gift before the Sense Event closes for this round.

And then there’s this hair. There is absolutely no way to do this hair justice in a photograph. Please just promise me you’ll go grab a demo, okay? It’s one hair with a style HUD, and the styles range from wet hair (which is the one I’ve got on) to wrapped up in a towel to dry and even a bun and ponytail. It goes way beyond just styles in my opinion, plus they are all so cute. There are even animations with props for brushing and drying and stuff. It is the current Happy Weekend item from No.Match, which means that you only have this weekend to get it on sale. The cost is only 75L per color pack and when you consider that it’s like 5 styles in one that’s quite affordable.

It’s Saturday, and Saturday means that I have time to tell you about Advent gifts before they’re gone for the day. I won’t even go on about the incredible generosity of these designers, nor will I emphasis how important it is to go visit the calendars today (and every day!) to pick up the day’s gift. I’m obsessed with Salt & Pepper‘s Advent Calendar. We get store credit through the week and then clothing items on Saturday and Sunday. The past gifts from all of the weekends are available for purchase to the side of the calendar, and spoiler: you can use the gifted credit to purchase them if you miss one. Next, I was duly impressed with how perfect To.Kiski‘s gift goes with the overalls. It’s these lovely red heels. To.Kiski is another on my “check every day that I’m able to log in for Advent” list, and for good reason. I’ve gotten some really great free gifts there, not least of which being these shoes. Honestly, I just can’t believe how well all three of these gifts go together. Meant to be, I tell you. The jacket is today’s Advent gift at Alter. It’s just what I needed to break up all that red in the most pleasing way. Alter is yet another daily checker for me. The Advent gift is free each day and the group is required but also free. I almost forgot I was wearing this hair. It’s this weekends Fifty Linden Fridays sale item from Wasabi. You pick a color pack for 50L each and it includes a gazillion sizes, a whole bunch of color choices within that color pallet, optional bangs, and a full style HUD that lets you remove one or both barrettes as well. It’s an awful lot for only 50L and super cute to boot. The catch of course is that FLF ends tomorrow, Sunday.

My outfit today came in the free September gift folder from Ewa Boutique. I love the asymmetrical neckline on the short-sleeve top that allows one shoulder to soak up some sunshine. It also features a Classic Motorcycle emblem and wings in bronze text. I guess I’m on a plaid kick with my last couple of outfits. It’s such an iconic fall pattern! The skirt has a wide waistband, a generous hem, and a double silver chain. The outfit is worn as one piece, rather than two separates, saving time when getting ready. Here we are again for Day 2 of Advent Calendar hopping. Did you check out the amazing list that Aline put together yet? Today I have a mix of decor and fashion & beauty items to share with you.
All the Pretty Things
First I want to talk a bit about the decor I found. There are some gorgeous designs in the advent calendars this year.
[CIRCA] Living has 4 gifts up for each yesterday and today. You need to be in the group to buy them, but the group is free . The gifts themselves are between L$0 and L$75 each. I am using bauble vases (up on the fireplace mantle) and the stacked gift sled from Day 1’s offerings. Both come in 2 color choices and are L$25 and L$50 respectively.
Hutspot has another pretty little decor gift today as well. It’s the Ho Ho Ho wooden decor up on the fireplace mantle. Just a reminder that the calendar gifts are FREEat Hutspot and you don’t even need a group!

So I found a great new Group gift over at LC Fashion today that really suits my casual comfy mood. The “Fien Long Cardigan” is that gift and it is comfy and stylish too. Fien comes with a separate tank top to wear underneath but you could pair this with a lot of things in your wardrobe. You’ll get a HUD with three colors for the cardigan, fifteen colors for the tank, fifteen colors for the hood and fifteen colors for the fringe as well as an “on-off” switch for the fringe. Pretty and versatile, if ya ask me! The outfit is listed as a “Group Gift” but you can actually just grab it. This might be a glitch which will be fixed but I don’t know. Try it out and if it has decided to ask for a group you can join for just 10L. So still a great bargain!
