It’s a Dreamland
Dreamland Designs have recently moved to a new location, and to celebrate there’s a lot going on! Not only is the store all on sale and the group free to join, there’s a fun, free (and not too difficult) hunt going on in store. No group join is required, and there are six lovely prizes to be won. Just search for the green pumpkins hidden around the store, and you too can own the Chestnut Nook set, which comes complete with bench, rug, books and artwork. It’s a lovely addition to any home. Don’t wait too long to visit, it’s only going on until September 21st!

Fabulous Finds 05.27.25 Edition
Sweet Nook
When I feel in a meditative mood, I start moving furniture around in SL. I find something quite relaxing in it, and it’s always fun to see what kind of decor I’ve collected over the years. Today though, I’ve put a little space together with some new free gifts.
Hearts and Apples
I always get excited when there are new gifts at Apple Fall! This time around, there are even some right next door at Peridot by Apollo too. The three new gifts are a biscuit dispenser, a heart shaped rug and a heart shaped neon lamp. Very cute for all your lovey dovey needs. While I was there though, I thought it would be fun to revisit all the free things you can pick up in the outlet at Apple Fall. To get there, there’s a poster on the wall to the left of the main desk. Click on “outlet” and you’ll be TP’d upstairs. In this area, you’ll find discounted goods, but ALSO plenty of free items priced at 0L (and also some group gifts, but I’m only showing the stuff that was 0L). Hover over items and you’ll easily see which items are priced at zero. If you meander through the whole area, you’ll even find that the skybox in my photo is completely free too. Soft Landing
What a long day it’s been! I’ve been whirling about like a dervish and I feel like I’ve gotten nothing done whatsoever. But maybe I have, and perhaps I deserve a little break!
First Hunt
I’ve got two great hunts for you tonight, and the first is filled with the items I’m wearing for my personal pyjama party. Roslyn is hosting their annual Holiday Hunt, and I can never pass up the fun stuff they have on offer. The group is 250L to join, but they have fairly often group gifts, and the annual hunt is lots of fun. I grabbed the pj set, plushie, cup and earmuffs when I found the brown boxes hidden around the sim, but you can see all the prizes in the key below. You have until the 25th to take part!

Hunt Number Two!
I couldn’t pass up the hunt going on at Apple Fall and Peridot! There are some really nice decor items (I took a photo of just the decor below for you to see) including some fun new PBR goodies, like a giant glass bauble set, and a showstopping crystal reindeer. The details of the items I won are in my credits below. This hunt is just a little different as after you collect the 4 boxes hidden around the store and sim, you’ll get a code you can input when you click on the giant gift boxes in the centre courtyard. You can grab all the nitty gritty details at the landing point and inside each prize you collect. All free gifts, and no group join required! This one is running til the 28th!

Practice Makes Perfect
I’m starting to think about my plans for RL decorating. When is the tree going up? When shall I put out some candles? A wreath? WHEN! While I wait until Advent officially starts, I’ll just hone my decorating skills in SL. And I found some really nice free decor to do it with!
Holly & Frost
The Holly and Frost Faire has just opened, and it’s just so pretty and festive that it really put me in a happy mood. Each booth has 50L specials, and most have a free gift, no group join required! Here’s what I found:

Back to Cool!
Ok, it’s September! I am super excited, because it’s actually one of my fave months. All the -bers are pretty good (I mean, not so much November, but whatevs…). The FabFree Back to Cool Hunt starts today, and I’ve been having fun decorating and getting in the Back to School season spirit. You can too!
The Look
Your first stop tonight is Meander, where you can get a cute outfit inspired by art classes. I love the painterly style of the texture on this dress, but you can also grab some matching shoes, jewelry and furniture. Each item on this stop is just 2L each, and I really really think they’re cute.

The Decor
As I said, I’ve been having so much fun decorating my space with a bit of an academia flair, courtesy of Scafall and Lunaria. Scafall have put together a really lovely and warm set, complete with desk, chair, blackboard, hanging lamp and carpet. They work beautifully together and each item is just 5L. I accessorized my desk with the Woodland Laptop from Lunaria, which is totally their style. Well known for her natural elements, Larinda has applied her aesthetic to this fun little laptop that is magical in every conceivable way. You can grab it for free!

Decorating While Cute
Heyas Fabs!
Time for a bit of work. Or maybe just a bit of pondering work. I have a pretty new space to do all my puttering about, and it’s just making me happy. You can have a new space too!
Birthday Presents
Moss & Mink are being generous again, as they’re celebrating their 7th Birthday. There are 350L in free store credit for everyone. You don’t even have to be part of the group! I chose the Amy desk (which cost 149L), the matching Geo computer and it’s accessories (for 149L), and then added on the Mira Tall Plant for 74L (which meant I had to pay just 1L for it as I ran out of credit). I had lots of fun styling my little corner! This gift is available until August 23rd, but don’t wait because sometimes they disappear early. Go go go!
