Pocket Full of Rainbows

I just couldn’t pass up blogging this one, Fabbies. A week or two ago I blogged the gorgeous and colorful robe I picked up at We ♥ RP and this week I’m back with more color. Some people really adore dressing in black every day (you know who you are) but I really, really love color. Pride is coming up soon too, and all the June posts will be full of color, so let’s get prepared, shall we?

I’m Hopping Mad!

You may remember my blog post from Hallow Manor yesterday, where I was had by the zombies, but as always, remained cute! Well, cute as I was, I still wanted to return to every day Beachy, so I did something dumb. I went to see the witch doctor. “She’s in the house with the caution tape” they said. “She’ll cure you” they said.

Oh RIBBIT!

The witch doctor handed me this little cauldron of ice cream ( a few fingers and eyeballs for good measure?) You know me, I can’t turn down ice cream, especially if it will cure this zombie thing. IT DID NOT. Well, it did, but it other side effects. I almost CROAKED! Suddenly I’m feeling very JUMPY!
My legs, my back, my face and my hat! Ribbit.

A New Round of Cosmo Sales Room!

Good evening Fabulouses! A new round of The Cosmo Sales Room has begun, which means new group gifts, and more awesome deals to be found! Roses are red

Almost every girl loves feeling like a princess, and tomboy that I am in RL, here in SL I am still no exception. This gorgeous Valentines Day group gift gown by Caverna Obscura was one I simply had to have. It combines two of my favorite things, princess dresses, and beautiful red roses. Caverna Obscura Minikin

I showed two of the donation items from Evie’s Closet a few days ago. The gold Elizabeth gown for Petites is another item with 100% of the proceeds donated to Relay for Life. Complete the outfit with the Stargazer Lily Gold crown and wand from AZE Designs at the Fantasy Faire. These items are made for a petite avatar.

While I did not have a petite avatar in my inventory, I did have the Minikin Mesh Avatar and I think its a pretty good fit for the clothing and accessories. The Minikin Mes Avatar is a free gift at Caverna Obscura. The mesh avatar includes green mesh eyes, eye level hud, and a skin hud that will change the skin to any color. Pick up the free mesh clothing and undies sets at Caverna Obscura. The Mana hair is a past group gift still available at D!va. I resized this hair considerably so it would fit to the small avatar.

A Little Wee Love

Can you find me? I’m the teeny tiny fairy sitting inside the doll house 🙂

I have been seeing petite avatars running and bouncing and flitting all over Second Life recently and wondered to myself if there was a way to get these things for free… And… I haven’t found a solution to that one yet, but what I did find is that Caverna Obscura has a free “Minikins” mesh avatar sitting right in the Petite Clothing Section on the second floor. (Thank you Indigo for that hot tip!) Now, the petite clothing does not fit the Minikin avatars being that they are a slightly different size, however you can resize pretty much any prim clothing in SL down to the side you need. I sized down some of the pieces from a Deviance Lucky Chair prize (previously blogged here) which went really cute with the mesh minikins underwear that Caverna Obscura has sitting out as a free gift as well. I used my regular AO, and sized down a group gift hair from D!va and voila – A completely free little avatar… Isn’t she cute?

Caverna Obscura also has a free gift clothing set for “Petite” avatars if you happen to have one. I don’t have one, so I can’t display it for you – but the outfit is really nice!
