Hi hi, Fab Fam! So this is kinda weird. Or it proves all us Fabbie Bloggers are on the same wave length.  I had never heard of a designer called “Pink Cherry“. Not because they haven’t been around and making cool stuff but because I’m lame that way. Then a couple of days ago I ran across them and was all excited grabbing up free past group gifts and giggling over the blog post I was gonna do. I checked and saw we hadn’t done anything on Pink Cherry in ages… and then BOOM! Cre is wearing PINK CHERRY earrings in her last post! Love it! Me an’ Cre doin’ the brain wave thing!

So here’s my Pink Cherry outfit which I got all for free! This is the “Sienna” leather dress and the “Flowers” earrings and aren’t they gorgeous? Dreams of a Fairy Queen

I have memories of my Mom & aunt hand-sewing appliques and pearls onto the wedding dress they made for a younger aunt, Of course I was a junior bridesmaid! Yesterday as I scoured the sales galleries for $25L Tuesday I saw this charming gown. It brought that memory to the forefront.

Buying gowns is low on my list as I don’t go to many formal affairs. Luckily one can wear formal clothing for any occasion in Second Life. Got to love that aspect! So let me give you the details.

Guinevere is her name

Guinevere, this precious looking gown is from Kitty Creations. The embellishments on the bodice and upper skirt look so delicate. There is a silk that hangs down your back like a train. The so pretty silver fairy crown and the gossamer wings are included in the package. Because it’s a sale item it is only available in one color for the $25L Tuesday sale. As of this morning you can still get it for the sale price.

Dreaming of Spring – Aaaachooo

Am I being anti St Pat’s Day? Hmm, maybe a little. Spring is springing all over the place. Shovel off that remaining snow, plant your flowers, etc. In my case it’s time to sneeze! No mind, I still love spring; everything is fresh and new. Feeling a bit whimsical today I put together this really pretty outfit.

How Precious is it?

Prior to my return to blogging I had never heard of Telsiope’s Couture. I discovered the store during one of the FabFree Hunts last year. What a wonderful shop! It’s not a huge store but there is a variety of styles. Telsiope’s Couture also generously gives gifts to many different groups and regularly participates in hunts.

This dress shouts spring with the muted pastel colors and ruffles! I love being able to change my style on a whim in Second Life. You know, one minute I can be a sweet nymph and the next a dark dominatrix. Seeing as this is a mostly G rated blog, let’s stick to the sweet part. You can easily find the lovely Avril dress in the Spring Air Hunt 3 at Telsiope’s Couture. (Each item on the hunt costs $3L).

A New Spring Do!

No_Match not only has regular group gifts plus a room full of previous gifts at least once a month there is a discounted style for $100L/color. No_Home is perfect for spring. It’s a short style; almost pixie-like. Options with and without the hat are available. I think it’s really cute though my real life brother says it looks like my 2nd grade school picture, lol!

A few words about the Spring Air Hunt. The monies raised through the hunt support the International Kenya Scout Development Project. The aim is to encourage the development of the community of Nyandiwa (Kenya) and the areas surrounding Lake Victoria. The International Kenya Scout Development Project partners with Harambee Gwassi and sustains the relevant role played by working together with the population through sustainable and repeatable micro-projects that enhance local resources and local culture. It sounds like a wonderful project. You can learn more about it here.

Ho, Ho, Ho, I’m Playing in the Snow

LP Santa Lingerie #4 new

You might say I’m a bit crazy making snow angels in lingerie. Around the grid I’m known as CreCre which always translates to CrayCray in voice or text. So this is “normal” for me. Face it, you have to be at least a bit touched to be in Second Life.

Did you know that Santa makes his elves and reindeer perform calisthenics in the snow?? It toughens everyone up for that long Christmas Eve ride. No one can give up or poop out (not reindeer poop, for Rudolph’s sake!)

Another Free Hunt?!

The current round of Orsy officially ended on 12/21 but everything, including the free hunt gifts are still out so fly over and grab them. I can’t guarantee they will be there much longer.

I’m Back!! I’ve got the goodies to show you today! There have been numerous events with gifts; unpacking & sorting ALL of it will have to wait.

Uber Cuteness @ The Beach

Bold Llama Better @ the Beach

I remember with fondness the many hours I spent on the beaches of Florida’s panhandle or sailing on my friend’s catboat. Of course those days are over now. These days I visit beaches in Second Life because it’s much cooler and better for my skin. I still have some beach vibes in me.

As we eased into August new hunts started. The Save the Sea Hunt 2 benefits the IKSDP-Harambee Project Gwassi Kenya, a non-profit association that aims at the self-development of the Nyandiwa community on the shores of Lake Victoria (Kenya). Items on this hunt are $3L each.

My Better at the Beach Tee by The Bold Llama T – Shirt Co. speaks to how uncomplicated & freeing it can be to actually be on a beach. I would def wear this in the real world. Graphic tees are my thing in both lives.

Finally, my backdrop, The Monkey Island, is a group gift from The Bearded Guy. The group costs $75L to join. Once you have the tag there is an entire wall of group gifts. If you take lot of photos you need to join this group. And of course a $30L gacha sale is underway before they all poof into the SL Magnetosphere.

Now if only someone would ask that question I could say YES to. Dang, I need a groom! I got this gorgeous wedding dress and no one to marry. No worries gang, this is just a story!

I Had an Epiphany at The Epiphany!

I’m really not a gacha fanatic, I only play them now & then. I decided to check out The Epiphany after I spied this dress in the gallery for this round ending on August 12th. It’s by a new to me designer, Capsule by DaD. At $75 per pull it’s a real bargain and I got the blush colored Say Yes! Long Dress on the first one!! SQUEE! (its my new favorite word, lol).

The dress is sized for Maitreya & Legacy with Perky versions for both.

A few years back on my first blogging adventure I thought about doing a post with all the free wedding attire I could find. Well, life happened and that never got done. Soooo, when I got this dress the light bulb in my head briefly shone brighter & I knew I had to show this.

Aloha from Paradise!

Yes, I’m back and feeling quite tropical! Hawaii is filled with natural wonders & beauty. When I put on this outfit my brain screamed ” HAWAII” and it made me want to HULA! I found Hawaii in SL and went for a visit. Sheesh, being able to teleport to Hawaii in real life would be so awesome. I could visit Hawaii every day!
