The Hair Fair, that is. If I’m being honest I probably would have visited the Hair Fair before it ends on June 15th, but it wasn’t the top of my priority list. But Beachy told me to go, so I went, and she was so right. Not only is it supporting a great cause, but there are loads of fantastic freebies – not at every booth, but at quite a lot of them and certainly enough to make it worthwhile for freebie collecting. There is no group join required and here’s what I’m wearing today, free from Hair Fair:

Sunday Stretching with Flair

Told ya I’d be back soon!

When I logged in earlier today, I had a notecard from Flair, saying for a short 24hrs, they’d have their ballet slipper set of nail appliers as a free gift for everyone, in celebration of the new SLink pointe feet. I do not know when that 24hrs started from, but as of this post, they are still out, so I am guessing it is at least until midnight tonight, if not into tomorrow. The set is for SLink hands and feet only, and I think they are just adorable, no ballet experience necessary! I’ve included a picture of the ad itself so you get a really good look at the colour choices available.

Oh, and are you eyeing up my comfy pink leggings I have on? They are an older free for everyone gift from Flair that is still available. It was shown here on FabFree a few years ago (I did say older) but they are still just as good today. There are 3 colours, and come in system layers as well as include a SLink Physique hud, that will also work on just the feet.

Label Motion has a Hot Drink for a cold night.

Last night while I was working on my previous post, I received a notice from the Label Motion subscribo, and attached to it was a new subscribo giftie! As soon as I was able to, I opened the gift up, and inside was a set of the yummiest, sweetest looking, flavoured hot drinks imaginable. So, of course I had to share them with you 🙂

The Label Motion – My Hot Drinks folder has 4 different flavours for you. Each flavour has its own hand pose that will work with your own poses, and even with your AO. Just make sure you are in your pose, or have your AO on, and then attach whichever yummy drink you feel like. They immediately made me want to be in front of a fireplace, with a warm, snuggly sweater on. Luckily, The Millhouse Beanery Coffee House had a great fireplace for me to get cozy in front of! So, if you are not already on the Label Motion Subscriber list, just head to the store, and slap the board, and within a minute, your free gift will be delivered to you. Oh, and don’t forget to grab the bag on the floor in front of the desk, there are loads of old gifts in there, for only L$10.

Now I just want to snuggle into a comfy chair in front of a fire, too bad I don’t have a fireplace for real…oh…but my Mom does! Do I dare venture out in the cold just for that? LOL. I think I’ll stick with my warm blanket and a hot chocolate. OK, until next time, TTFN!

‘Pretty Pink Pegicorn’, Try saying that 10 times fast…

I wanted to do a Halloween costume cutesy post. While wandering around the Halloween Gacha Spooktacular, I found the cutest outfit ever! Best of all, this gacha event is being presented by the SLGBT Association, with 50% of the money made from the gachas going towards Dan Savage’s It Gets Better Project. So you get to help out a worthy cause, and win some great prizes while doing it. HERE is a link to the SLGBT Association blog if you would like to learn more. Oh, sidenote before I forget, this event only runs until October 21st, so do not dawdle if you plan to head on over and take a look.

So, my cute, and bright, costume is from QE Designs, and I just fell in love with it. For L$50 a play, you have a chance at putting together the cutest Unicorn look ever, and if you are super lucky, you can win the ultrarare wings, and become a Pegicorn! The pieces, available in 5 different colours, are as follows, a system layer bodysuit with appliers for several meshy bits on 1 ginormous HUD, rigged mesh armwarmers, legwarmers, the horn headpiece, the rare colour-change tail, and as already stated, the ultrarare colour-change wings. I am also wearing a necklace and ring that match the cute rainbows on the tail and wings, and those are in a cupcake, beside the gacha, free for everyone! Yay freebie 🙂 . All I needed to do was find the right skin, which happens to be the lovely group gift from Glam Affair that Love showed you earlier today, and hair. Lucky for me, I remembered I had a faun avatar in my inventory, so I grabbed the hooves and ears to complete my look. I can see that this will be a favourite throughout the Halloween season for me, even afterwards I think. LOL.

Oh, and before I leave, I wanted to take a moment and give a shout-out to the gorgeous sim I am on! If you love nature, you need to visit the Matoluta Sanctuary. They was a lot of care and thought put in when this place was put together, and it really shows.

Any Given Sundae

Hello Again, I hope everyone enjoyed the weekend! In a previous post I mentioned how I’m kinda over this summer heat. Well, there is one thing I very much enjoy that is generally associated with hot weather, ice cream! One of my favorite ways to cool off on a hot day is with a little ice cream. This outfit very much makes me think of strawberry ice cream, which is a personal favorite of mine!

It all started with this over-sized shirt from Cheeky. The top is their July group gift, so just a few days left to grab it up! It is fully mesh and comes with the sunglasses that hang casually from the neck-line. I thought it was perfect for a lazy afternoon. Lucky for me, and for everyone else, I came across a slew of pretty pink gifts to go with my new shirt. The toe-less leggings are a store gift from Flair, there are 3 separate colors in the pack, and they include appliers for Slink Physique along with regular clothing layers. How cute are these knee pads from Skull Designs? Another group gift I could not resist! It’s an addiction for certain. hehehe These knee pads are also mesh, and they are completely free, just wear the group tag! As if things could not get any sweeter, I found the perfect pair of shoes waiting for me in the past notices for HollyHood! Over all, I think it’s a fun casual look, perfect for a lazy day cooling off with some ice cream.

This Domestic Diva Reigns in Lakshmi and Cerri’s!

Greetings!

I did sooooo much shopping yesterday, for Fifty Lindens Friday, I needed to stay home today and catch up on my domestic Diva chores! It wasn’t all work…the first thing I did, while my husband was out getting milk for our coffee, was have some fun! I cranked up the tunes and did my best Tom Cruise…dancing all over the house, and jumping on the sofa, in my FREE Cerri’s Office Girl May Group Gift (FREE to join) from Cerri’s Booty. The Office Girl outfit comes with this fabulous patterned mesh button down shirt, non-mesh panties, and mesh socks…perfect for sliding across those wood floors! Of course I STILL had to do some work around the house…so baking cookies and making red sauce were on the list! I changed into my Lilian (Long Dress) Ocean FREE Group Gift (FREE to join) from *::LAKSMHI::*.

I found this fabulous hair at *::LAKSHMI::*…it is also one of their FREE group gifts! This F 2014 Gift Hair, previously shown by Pru HERE, comes with a HUD that let’s you resize it AND has a ton of color change options! It’s perfect for hanging out around the house or going out to dinner! I’m wearing the red/brown in the first photo and the lightest blond in the second photo.

These GROUPIE WEDGIES have a ton of color change options, I can change the metal from silver to gold and they were created exclusively for the :REIGN: group members…how incredibly special is that?!!! The owners shut the store down and had an exclusive member only 50% off sale; with the release of the group gift! I joined the group when there was an open enrollment…not sure if or when they will do another one…but if they do I will let you know because this is a group definitely worth joining…:REIGN: is VERY generous with their group members! If you decide you can’t wait and pay the 1KL to join…you will find the GROUP WEDGIES in the group notices. Keep in mind this is a fat pack of shoes that normally go for 400-750L EACH…so that 1KL membership fee just took care of itself!
I have shown my Watermelon Slink Nail Appliers a few times…they are FREE from Flair (no group join) and I just don’t want to take them off! I’m sure I’ll be wearing them all through the Spring!

Shopping Fifty Linden Friday in Kaithleen’s FREE Dress!
