Mondays are wonderful in Second Life!  In addition to a full day to unpack all those sales boxes from the weekend, Apple Fall does something unique called the Monday Perk.  If you are a member of their 10L group, you simply go stand at the inworld store for like 5 minutes and you get registered into their weekly drawing! Winners can win either a L$2,500 cash prize or a L$2,500 Store Credit just for showing up.  While you are there, take a peak at all their cool decor items and free group gifts!!!

Update: Looks like Apple Fall *just* announced that they are discontinuing this program, right after this post was published.  Alas!

Woah! Two Free Mesh Heads from LeLutka!

Ok FabFree, strap yourself in, because it’s time for another wild ride down the path of free mesh heads!  LeLutka are being super generous over the Holidays with not one, but TWO free, complete, mesh heads from their Evolution line!  Wow!  Read on, and I’ll tell you all about how to grab this amazing gift and what’s included.

Lilly & Alain

I roped in the lovely Oov to help me out with showing you both the male and female heads, and we were pretty intent on doing it all for free, to see if you really are getting this head for 0L or if you have to pay anything extra to make it work.  We are happy to report that both heads are good to go and come with everything you need to move forward in the realms of mesh.  I am really not someone who knows much about BOM (it’s just not my jam) but I found this was fairly easy to use and I put this look together with the skins, eyebrows, eyes, makeup, facial expressions etc that were included in the free pack.  When you really think about it, this is truly an amazing gift!  Oov was just as impressed with the male head and we were excited with the way it all turned out.

To get yours, join the Lelutka group for free and head to THIS LOCATION, and click on the sign.  I’ll admit, the sim is extremely busy and you may be fighting for a while to get in, but don’t fret – you’ve got until December 26th to get these wonderful gifts!

Also, though you can make your own shape using “edit my appearance”, and there is one included in the box, I headed over to Pout! to pick up the free gift shape they just put out for the Lilly head.  No group join required!

Hello hello Fab Free’rs! I think there’s some unspoken rule that when dating someone you must at some point wear one of their shirts. I’ve certainly stolen borrowed Blue’s shirts before. This time I claimed his pajama shirt; though honestly I don’t think it bothered him at all. These royal blue heart print pajamas are the his and hers Sin City 3 hunt prize at The Sissy Bar.

The Sin City 3 Hunt has multiple paths. These prizes are the male and female path prizes at The Sissy Bar priced at 1 linden each. Both the men’s pajama pants and the women’s pajama top come in several sizes. There is also an alpha layer and standard mesh sizes so these dollarbie hunt gifts are suitable for classic non-mesh avatars.

Hey There Fab Free! Welcome to the blog. I think that Blue and I are going to spend as much of the SL summer as we can in swimwear, and I think you should consider doing so also. haha Luckily the Siren’s Song hunt has started and we were able to pick up another matching set of swimsuits for free. The free gear by Dragonmoon Designs also made the perfect excuse for a late night swim, which is possibly one of my favorite warm weather activities.
