Of course, Gus and I had to hit the trail on The Jerky Turkey Hunt and see what we could find. Today’s outfit is one of the prizes.
A Hug You Wear All Day
For the hunt, you’ll be searching for the red feathers the rude gobbler is tossing around. Each hunt prize costs just 1L$. Over at the Ink Blots store, we discovered a cozy fall frock. Sweater dresses are a wardrobe staple because they blend the warmth of a knitted garment with the ease and elegance of a dress. This dress, with its rich shades of burnt orange, brown, and yellow plaid, is quintessentially autumnal. I love the chunky cowl neck and the ribbed skirt section. The event runs through November 30th, so you have plenty of time to hit the trail.

Hello again, Fabulous Readers! Gus and I are taking a break from hunting to savor a golden autumn day in SL. Today’s outfit comes from one of our hunt discoveries, and it only cost 1L$.
Follow That Trail of Candy!
I heard that this evil bunny has been running a muck, scaring SL residents, and stealing Halloween treats, so Gus and I hit the trail of The Boo Bunny Hunt 14 to check it out. The hunt contains 55 stops and each prize costs just 1L$. At the Ink Blots store, my buddy Gus sniffed out the orange-wrapped candy hunt icon. I paid the 1L$ fee and we scurried home to open the prize pack. The BBH14 Female Gift includes a one-piece burnt orange top and black jacket, as well as the form-fitting leggings I am sporting in my photo. I like the almost metallic sheen of the top and the slightly mottled texture of the leggings. The hunt runs through October 31st, so you have plenty of time left to do some sleuthing.

Hello Fabulous Readers! After I saw Serena’s posts {here} and {here} and Pru’s post {here} about their discoveries on The Beached Bunny Hunt, I dusted off Ripley’s tracking harness, and we hit the trail. Our first stop was over at Ink Blots, and it didn’t take the pupster long to sniff out a super cute cropped top that I am excited to share with you.
A Sweet Summer Top
The knotted Fern top from Ink Blots features a botanical print in soft shades of green and teal splashed across a white background. I really like its strapless design and the way the ties dangle down in front. The back portion dips down low to allow your shoulders to catch some rays, which makes it ideal for warm sunshiney days. I chose to pair the top with some worn denim shorts, but I think it would also look fantastic with a skirt for a dressier outfit. To pick up this little jewel for yourself, all you have to do is travel to the shop and locate the hunt object, which is a beach sand pail. The prizes in The Beached Bunny Hunt cost just 1 Linden dollar each, so they are quite budget friendly!

For those of us who’s working lives are in academia, the month of May is the slowest of the year. Faculty and students (even the janitorial staff) have a date marked on their calendar and are slowly counting down the days. But for some reason that day seems so far out of reach….
Id, Ego and Ink Blots…
My spring collegiate (and tired) look today is packed full of freebies and dollarbies! Ink Blots have provided as a hunt gift in the Peace By Peace Hunt, the Peace By Peace Gift Shirt. My final gifts are from events. I stopped by The Mens Department Event(TMD) and found a FREE gift from Gabriel. The Rolled Bracelets come for both arms and can be worn individually or together. It also has a resizer for each wrist to get the right fit. My other FREE gift was found at the [BODY FACTORY] booth at the We<3RP Event. The black Backpack I’m slugging around also has a built in resizer that you can adjust each axis to fit any shape.
