Valentine’s Day is quickly nearing. So we each have a choice to make. Do we need a special valentine or are we okay with self-love? The graphic on my top reads, “You are enough”. I love it!

So yeah, I can dress up in hearts n’stuff for myself. Today’s super cute outfit is the February group gift at La Feminique.  The Jackie outfit has a t-shirt top and this playful skirt covered in hearts. The skirt is just right as it won’t show your bits.

Hair Here & Hair There

My personal favorite store for hair is No_Match. I’ve been a member for years now. I’m never disappointed with the monthly group gifts and sale items. The latest gift is a cute, very curly ponytail with add-on bangs. The No_Rewind hair comes with a number of BOM layers and a hud for the hair containing eight different shades. There is a $50L fee to join the group. As I always point out, there is an entire room of past gifts you can grab for free.

Panthers, Pythons, & Gators! Oh My!

I was looking for a new adventure. I decided to hike in the Everglades. In heels at that! I wouldn’t try this in RL because the Glades are filled with all manner of critters you’ll need to run away from. But all is well in SL where we can dress as inappropriately as we choose. Today I’ve got a few more SL22B gifts to show off.

There were so many gifts at SL22B Shop & Hop that it was easy to add this and that and come up with a really cool look. You have until July 20th to make your way there and see as much as you can. Not Going to the Chapel

I look bridal, don’t I? And I’m not at a chapel of love, I’m in a park in front of a waterfall. I wouldn’t want any vaulted ceilings falling down on me. Have no fear I’m just showing off this dress and bouquet I recently found.

If you’re looking for a unique bridal gown head to La Feminique and pick up the latest June group gift. The Marilyn gown has a subtle floral texture that is not virginal white. Instead you get a lovely texture. Of course you can wear this anywhere for any formal occasion or just to make you feel special. The bodice is held up by two thin straps that cross over the back. The Flowers

You have probably read several blog posts with one of us gushing about the group gifts at Belle Epoque. Now there’s another one to gush about. One of the latest group gifts is the beautifully made Pride Bouquet. It doesn’t matter if you are LGBQT or not. It’s just so pretty and would function well as a bridal bouquet. The Belle Epoque group join fee is $50L. It’s well worth that price as the gifts arrive at least monthly and often there are more than one.

Summer Beauty

La Feminique GG_001

Yo Ho! Nope, I’m not a pirate. I’m just a girl in a colorful dress. I’m happy to show you one of the group gifts from La Feminique. Someone mentioned in chat that the lucky boards at La Feminique do not require a group. So, of course, I had to check it out. While there, I perused the group gifts and came to the conclusion that the $150L group join fee was worth it.

One thing I noticed about the gifts is that must of them have vibrant colorful textures. I love these so I joined up. The dress I’m wearing today is the group gift for May. The Amanda dress comes in this somewhat muted floral texture. A contrasting belt, ties, and ruffle on the skirt bring it all together.

Went There Too

We know Aline almost fainted when she found out about the 20th Anniversary Sale at AlaskaMetro. As Aline mentioned in her post, everything is marked down to $20L. If you need (want) more makeup make sure that you get to the store. The group join fee is $20L for the month of June during the celebration. There are a number of group gifts for various heads available.

I didn’t spend much while I picked up makeup and a skin (OMG! I changed skin designers). I couldn’t pass up this lovely skin in medium tones at this price for both the body & head. All it cost me is $40L. Another pretty good deal imho. I’m also wearing a new nail polish, Holly Glitter. It’s a free group gift.

You know that maintaining a store in SL for 20 years is quite the accomplishment. Visit the store & shop till you drop.

Colors of Spring

Coffee Break
Hello again, Fabulous Readers!  Just like Beachy said in her post here, I’m facing the reality that spring is a ways off.  I’m ok with it, though, because I have a new outfit, including a parka, that I picked up as a free group gift.

Layers are the Way to Go

The Jolie gift from La Feminique will keep me all cozied up, for sure.  I still have a touch of spring with pretty blooms on the cropped tank top.  Aren’t these flowers darling?  The puffy coat will ward off winter winds and has large pockets to keep my hands warm even if I don’t have gloves.  I love the lively raspberry hue, which coordinates well with the shirt.  Lastly, curve-hugging ribbed leggings complete the look, keeping it comfy and casual.  To pick up a copy for yourself, you need to be a member of the La Feminique Group, which has a 150L$ join fee.
