You Make Me Feel

You Make Me FeelUm yeah, this post really got away from me, in the best of ways. I’ve really crammed in the group gifts. Stay with me here, there’s a lot to unpack (pun intended).

How It Started

There’s a new group gift out over at Pink Cream Pie. It’s these super cute plaid pants. The Pink Cream Pie group is 314L to join and there is a new group gift each month, 100L of store credit for group members each month, and a bunch of lucky boards.

And Then

I needed a top to wear with my pants, didn’t I? The answer is yes. So I popped over to Reed to pick up the current group gift, a free 500L store credit. The Reed Emporium group is free to join and the credit expires on November 11th. Mine did not last long. It was a hard decision but I’m wearing the Fanny top here which comes with pants too, and it was totally free with my store credit.

I Thought I Was Done

But Tutti Belli has a store credit out right now, too! The Tutti Belli group is free to join and you can pick up the free 800L store credit. You’ll have to use this one up a little faster, it expires on November 7th, but again mine was gone in a flash. One of the things I bought was a cute set of lip gloss that I’m wearing here.

Until Finally

While I was at Tutti Belli the scar on my face caught my eye (pun, unintended?). It was NOT something that could be purchased with the store credit, but it WAS only 29L. It didn’t appear to be any kind of limited time sale or anything. And I’m me so obviously exactly what my inventory needed was another scar. But I mean c’mon, only 29L!

Anything But Typical

Anything But TypicalI finally dipped my toes into the FabFree Fallen Leaves & Frost Hunt and it’s so great! This is my kind of hunt – pictures of all of the prizes AND hints, yes please! Oh and prizes that are worth hunting for, of course. Here are just a couple of the things that I found, both completely free.

Fairy Wings

I realize that I am not, in fact, wearing fairy wings but that’s what this dress reminds me of. There’s a touch of whimsy that’s just lovely. It’s one of the free prizes at Ruxy (Aline showed another here). There are sizes for Maitreya, eBody, and Legacy plus a HUD to switch out the gem and metal colors on the top.

Finishing Touches

The crown that I’m wearing is from Pixel Box and exactly what my look needed. There are two versions, together in one cute little hiding rainbow, and the gift is free!

It’s Me, Hi

It's Me, HiIt’s the weekend! I thought it would never come. I’m celebrating by showing you some things that are just so me – a cute easy to wear outfit and a fresh pretty face. And both things are completely free! If that’s not me, I don’t know what is.

My outfit is the new group gift at Entice. It is the top and skirt, two separate pieces with a HUD to change each independently to three pretty jewel tone textures. Even better, the group is free to join and there are a handful of free group gifts in the store. One of them is the one that I’m wearing today – Lexi comes in rose pale and includes a brow and no brow version, ears, neck fade, even a shape.

I Want Candy

I Want CandyToday I’m showing off all the accessories. Because it’s possible to give your outfit a cute little Halloween flair, without going full Halloween-mode. And you don’t even have to wear them all at once but I’m me, so…yeah, I’m wearing them all at once. You know I love to pile on the freebies.

Still Hopping

I finished Shop & Hop this past weekend. After I went and laid down for a while to recover ( because SIXTEEEN sims, WHAT), I got to unpacking and I thought all of these little accessories were so fun! Here are my Shop & Hop finds in today’s post, all completely free:

  • My headband is by MadPea. Doesn’t MadPea make the best stuff? This batty fun for your head is no exception.
  • The cute little choker necklace that I’m wearing, complete with witch hat, is by Seance and comes both rigged and unrigged.

If you are a wearer of LeLutka mesh heads, you will want to hustle over to Laura Hurley to pick up this gorgeous applier. Kay comes in the milky tone and with glittery, pink eyeshadow, high-gloss lipstick, and a light sprinkling of freckles and beauty marks. She is a really pretty face, and I love the intense lips. ❤ ❤

I am wearing Kay on my Simone 2.6 Bento head, and I did not have to mod my shape much at all to achieve a look that I liked. I did notice a teensy, shadowy line above the upper lip, which did not appear until I turned on atmospheric shaders to take this photo. It was less noticeable on my non-Bento Karin head, so perhaps my shape was the culprit. :/

Treats For You Too!

Too much Halloween candy again…

Good evening FabFree! I hope that you have enjoyed Halloween 🙂 both inworld and in the real world too!  It’s now after 10pm here and all of our trick or treaters have gone in for the night.  As usual I bought way too much candy!  Whatever will I do with it?  I am unable to share it with you unfortunately for my jeans, but I can share some news about a couple of fabulous inworld treats you might like even better!

Inworld Treats:

  • At Lara Hurley you can find the Blaire Catwa Applier I am displaying on my Candy mesh head today as a free group gift!  This group is free to join and the applier comes with light brown and dark brown brows.  This skin would be great as an every day skin or could be worn all glammed up too.  The milky skin tone is lovely and I adore the shimmery plum lips!  I believe it is meant to go on the Dyana mesh head, however I quite like it on Candy, and I am sure it would be nice on others as well.  You just have to try them out!
  • Belle Epoque is participating in a free Halloween Hunt and once you find just the right pumpkin (yes… there are plenty of decoys!) inshop, you can buy it for 0L and you will have the pretty rose crown I am wearing today.  Good luck!  I assume this will be ending soon as it is a Halloween Hunt, so chop chop!
