Hello Fabulous Readers!  Gus and I are popping in quickly to share some free gifts from the Valentine Shop and Hop with you.  We hope you like them as much as we do!

She’s All Heart

I picked up this Pop Fluffy Sweater and Skirt set over at the Zex booth at the event.  The top features a fuzzy texture, extra-long sleeves, and a cropped hemline.  Bright white hearts scattered across the pink background make this a perfect statement piece for the upcoming holiday.  The waistband on the matching skirt dips just below the navel, and generous pleats offer freedom of movement.  The mini’s hem is short enough to be sassy, but long enough to keep you covered.  Best of all, the duo is a free gift that is yours for the taking at the Shop and Hop!

There are so many generous designers taking part in the Shop and Hop!  Over at the Lex booth, I picked up my Starry earrings.  These dangly baubles have multiple tiers and two tiny stars.  Using the enclosed HUD, you can customize the accessories, but I thought the way they looked right out of the box was perfect for my outfit.  I can almost hear the gentle tinkling sounds the earrings make as I walk around.  Like my clothes, these baubles can be yours for free.  Just locate the gift box and tap the vendor.

A Purr-fect Princess

For our final gift from the Shop and Hop, I must give credit to Gus.  As we were wandering around the event, he suddenly froze and stood with his nostrils quivering.  Once he zeroed in on a location, he was off, and there was nothing I could do but follow.  At the SEmotion Libellune booth, he pointed to the Kitty Princess Companion with his tail wagging wildly.  We named his new little sister Gracie, and she is just adorable!  She has pink fur with white on her cheeks/chin, paws, and the tip of her tail.  She has a way of mewing silently and blinking her eyes that makes me want to promise her an unending supply of tuna and toys.  She comes with an animation HUD with three options; my favorite is when she “makes biscuits.”  It’s just so cute!  Like the other items from the Shop and Hop, the Kitty Princess Companion is free (but just be aware that you’ll probably fall under the cat’s spell and find yourself buying stock in a pet supply company).  The kitten will follow you around on the ground, but I edited Gracie so I could hold her in a pose.

Fallin’ For You

Man this weather is gorgeous.  The humidity is gone (for now) there’s a cool breeze in the air, and I came out to Cerulean Township to enjoy the scenery and the autumn leaves that I can’t get in RL.

Falling

I might be fallin’ for this weather and scenery, but I’m also fallin’ for my new skin.   Today and probably until the next edition of L’Homme magazine is out, I’m wearing the new L’Homme gift from Gloom.  The L’Homme group is free to join, and wearing the tag you get this Omar skin in all the velour and fantasy colors, along with this Reload Tattoo that comes in various transparencies.  A massive, fabulous free gift.  I really love these skins Gloom makes. Don’t miss it!

I wanted to make sure you could see the skin and the tattoo, so I only wore some pants and a hat in the picture.  They are both gifts from the Euphoria store on Marketplace that I’ve blogged a few times, but like to revisit.  They have a bunch of 1L gifts in specific colors, meant to show you the fit and quality.  Other colors are offered at the regular price in the MP store.  The Chase hat comes with or without ears in the dark red color, and the Daniel Cargo pants come in a red camo.  They are rigged for:

I just had to go explore that SIM that Aline blogged about HERE, Bruchtal, and while it’s truly the Land of the Elves, it seemed like a perfect place to take a picture with some gifts from The Engine Room!

Like clockwork

The Engine Room, the delightful steampunk oriented event by Second Life Syndicate is open for another round.  As all SLS events, there are some free gifts scattered about, although the real gift of this event is the event set.  It’s so beautiful there!  I brought home some lovely gifts, and most of the gifts are unisex!

  • Free Earrings by Andore/LEX (rigged for M and F, fatpack hud)

I felt a little steampunk and a little “The Sound of Music” in this post, but I adore every bit of it.  I was easily able to wear the .cococat. dress on my Lara X with alpha.  The hairstyle is great too, it comes in 4 styles, 2 long and 2 short.  I realize you can’t see my earrings in this picture though, but rest assured you will want them.  They are gorgeous octopus earrings with a full hud.

The Engine Room is open until October 2oth, and the Second Life Syndicate group is free to join.  Make sure you give yourself time to explore while you’re there!

I Slapped It

It took a few days to get to Graffitiwear and slap the free MM board in time to get this prize. Seems it is a popular outfit. Just look at it. All that pink and black? Love it! Isn’t this the bomb?

The Pink Pastel Goth outfit comes with everything except the black bucket I’m holding. There’s the top, skirt, shrug, and shoes in the sizes listed below. There are also a cute black hat (it actually fit my big head) and BOM layer ripped stockings. Alpha layers for shoes and the shrug will help you out with ease. Under the Hat

I will be opening the SL House of Hair soon. (just kidding). My hair folder is enormous! But there is always room for one more. Navy & Copper is offering the Alisha style at $60L a color pack for the Happy Weekend sale. There are 8 sizes included. It features wavy locks that cascade over the chest. I love it especially because my hat fit over it. It is a style you can wear for casual or dressy occasions. Definitely a keeper.

Every Day has 420 : )

Adorations 2 better_001

Seems I missed the actual 420 celebrations. But hey, every day has a 4:20 and we have all those time zones round the world so every day has 420! Makes sense to me. Puff-puff…

Beachy told me about all the 420 gifts at Adora-tions. I was so impressed I joined the group and it was free to join! The gifts were distributed in a calendar for the month. All the past gifts are still available as of this posting. It’s a pay $1L, get refunded $1L deal. Today I’m wearing the Cannababe Tied Crop paired with the Checkered Weed Sheena Skirt. As you can see I’m all about the green today too.

Well you can take the holiday out of the kid, but you can’t take the kid out of the holiday.  I mean, it’s a chocolate bunny, what am I supposed to do, LOOK at it? Nom,nom,nom.  I’m sure I’ve spent plenty of time with chocolate smeared across my face as a kid and an adult, when you make a mess, it tastes better 😉  The chocolate mess on my face is part of a Valentine’s group gift over at Hotdog and comes for SLUV and EvoX, the group is free to join so you can be a mess too.

I hear you

…. because I have new ears!  If you weren’t around last week you may have missed that Andore has rebranded into LEX.  To celebrate, he released a brand new pair of ears, called ‘true shape ears’.  What’s so nice about LEX ears in particular is that they don’t need an extra skin, it picks the skin up directly from your head.  These ears come for male and female heads, Lelutka and Catwa, and have 6 different shapes.  The hud is very versatile, you can have 2 shapes on different sides of your head, change the prominence, animate them and everything.  The LEX group is 75L to join, but once you do, you can buy these ears for 1L. He’s also having a sale on his gauged and elf ears, with the group tag you’ll get 50% refunded back.  This deal is over after April 21st, so today’s the day to get them!

Bunny Hunt

Rarely do you see hunts sponsored by a store for men, so I did hop right over to Mister Razzor’s Easter Rabbit Hunt when I saw it on Seraphim.  This hunt doesn’t require a group to complete, there’s both items for men and women in it, and the prizes are between 1L-10L each.  I’m using 2 of them today:
