Happy Monday Fabs! Don’t like Mondays? Not many would blame you, but what if there’s something super cool you could do on a Monday (or any day) would that change your mind?
The Christmas Tale
There’s this sweet little area, no fluff, no frills, and it has a bunch of cardboard decorations and Christmas trees. What’s so special about THAT, Beachy hmmm? Well, dangling off the cardboard trees are an assortment of goodies you can purchase for just 25L each. There are things for male and female bodies, even skin fatpacks! I also spotted some hairstyles, and even the bow lips for Genus Morph. The Christmas Tale is sponsored by Opulein and there’s a bunch of designers taking part. I did a little shopping for myself, and this is some of what I came home with.

The Fae’s Retreat
This little woodland fairy is pondering whether or not to invite her friends over for tea. Does she have enough seed cakes, honey and scones to go around? There are always plenty of berries in the forest, and a never ending supply of chamomile so the tea doesn’t ever run out. A merry gathering it shall be… but… no humans allowed!
The Deep Woods
I am having such a good time putting together outfits and imaginary worlds on the FabFree Enchanted Forest Hunt. Every time I unpack something, I get all excited at how pretty and imaginative the gifts are. I made three stops today, and I had so much fun putting this photo together that I may just become a woodland inhabitant forever! My first stop was Grasshopper St. This shop is just so lovely in the way that it evokes the class and lush feel of an olde world millinery shop. I picked up this gorgeous cloche for just 3L, and the parasol was 3L as well. Both are resizable so will fit like a dream. Aren’t they amazing? Love it!
Fit for the Fae
Raindale has long been one of my fave stops for distinctive furniture. When they joined the hunt, I couldn’t think of a better place to evoke the enchanted forest feel we were going for. The furniture that peppers my little hidden forest abode is all 1L each, and really is completely beautiful. You’ll want to add every item to your collection, just like I did!
Secrets of the Unicorn
Ishiku has also come up with an amazing concept for our hunt – the cracked monolith is HUGE and just such an interesting set to add to your hidden garden. Each item is just 5L each and is completely and utterly gorgeous in every detail. You’ll get the massive stone monolith, the etched stone, the magical unicorn horn vial and the golden stand for it. It’s utterly brilliant! I’m gushing a bit, but honestly…it’s fantastic.

Since I’m picking all these flowers, I have decided that I’m queen bee for the day, as stated by my most excellent tattoo. This was another TWE12VE event gift. I picked this gift up for 12L at the Lush booth. Inside the box was the cute omega applier tattoo pictured above!

Stopping for a Cuppa
Always a hot… hunt.
The Women’s Stuff Hunt is one of my favorite hunts. I always love surfing through my inventory after a few stops along the trail. I happened to pick a stop – Mimi’s Choice to be exact – and head home to unpack and was thrilled with the beautiful form fitting flowery gown I unpacked.

A little fantasy.
NSP florals and [MUSE] set out a great Women’s Stuff Hunt gift that had me thinking along the lines of fantasy and roleplay. It’s only 1L and a little hunting time for the iconic red T-shirt and you get the hair and jeweled hair piece pictured above. The two pieces are separate so you can wear the jeweled headpiece with any other hair that you have. As a bonus, there is an included hud to change the color of the jewels on the headpiece. The hair only comes in the one color and reminds me a bit of old fashioned wigs, but I liked it nonetheless. I thought it was fun!

I hadn’t been by Wicca’s Wardrobe in a while and was happy to pick up their latest group gift. The group is 99L to join, but they offer monthly group gifts and the gifts are always top quality. Accessorize Your Fantasy!
Roleplay and fantasy have always been a huge part of my Second Life experience, and truly great roleplay outfits are usually defined by their accessories. So! This accessories post is all about accessories for different types of roleplay or fantasies!
I put together this whimsical outfit with a FREE soft yellow dress by antielle. which I found on the marketplace. It might be new to some of you as it hasn’t been blogged in a while, but some time back, Tiana Omizu showed the dress HERE. It’s a lovely mesh little number in a soft yellow and all the standard sizes. But we all know that a dress is just a dress unless you add the right details. Accessorize!
To add my fantasy feel to this dress I donned this amazing Coral Witch Headress in gold (there are five colors in the Marketplace pack) from Aii ~ The Ugly and the Beautiful. The 5-pack of colors is only 10L and these headresses are modifiable as well!
My Earcuffs are by PoshTale and are a FREE Marketplace gift. These are colorchange with three color choices. I went with the gold, but you could chose red or blue. They fit perfectly over human shaped ears to add an elven and fantasy feel.

I’ve always thought that Greek and Romanesque roleplay looked lovely and inviting. The feel of it to me is divine! I put on a simple silk as my base, but that is never enough to give you the proper look. To get the look I wanted, I finished off this silk with two great accessories from two amazing stores.

To wrap up, we all have our wild side! I began my look by picking out this outfit called Antiope by Sweet Lies from the Marketplace. It is only 59L and modifiable for an easy fit. It has a feel that is perfect for lots of roleplay settings, which I love!
To give it a finishing touch, I added another Marketplace item: a 1L gift from Old World — this Medieval Fish Bone Necklace. The Necklace has all the terrific details we know and love Old World for, and for the sweet little price of 1L, it is a terrific touch to finish off a wild look.

Elvis is in the snow! Err… in the pavilion. Err… in the house! Okay so this dress has me singing the blues, but not in a bad way! And you’ll be singing the blues too once you see how perfect this gown is for winter blues!
