Beachin’ in Chandelle

Chandelle has a couple of summer fun treats on the desk at their mainstore for anyone to go grab! The photo above displays the Bikini Just in Sea/Yellow which I picked up for 1L and the matching Sunglasses Liv in Yellow are 5L. While I am on the subject of Chandelle you should also know that they have fantastic group gifts, group lucky boards and more. I will be back there for more!

Heartsick Over Belle Azure

You can find this magnificent Belle Azure Gown made by Sascha’s Designs on Marketplace for 1L! Its so shiny, and flowy – the perfect formal dancing gown!

The new Heartsick group gift is up! The group is free to join and there is both a women’s and a mens gift. This skin is called Solstice and features shimmery turquoise eye makeup and pink lips. The eye brows are a medium brown, so this skin goes well with most hair colours.

Sad News From Grixdale

If you haven’t already heard… I have some bad news 😦 Grixdale is closing it’s doors on Wednesday, August 31st. Everything in the store is now under 100L (including skins!!) until closing on August 31st. I’m going to show you a few of my Grixdale favourites because I’d hate for you all to not have had the opportunity to see her stuff before it’s gone for good!

Before I start with the Grixdale photos, I should tell you about the sauve hair style I am wearing! I was at My Second Wardrobe today shopping about to see if anything was new, and across the way, I spied an Angel Hair store, which I checked out and low and behold – this lovely hair called Ann is offered as their group gift. Laundry Today Or Naked Tomorrow

I love that “dried on the line” scent that summer breezes leave on fresh laundry… but why must it always rain 10 minutes before I plan to bring it in? Just my luck I guess!

Today I am wearing Agnes Finney’s latest group gift that you can purchase for 10L which is this sweet summer dress called Not Forgetting (as in not forgetting to bring the laundry in before it rains.. hmmph). The group is 100L to join but according to the sign you do receive a 100L gift card after joining.

My good friend Suz, who has been a friend of mine long before SL gave me a heads up that Damselfly has a free gift available! The hair I am wearing is Damselfly’s free gift called Felicity and it came with the whole fatpack of colours! Thanks Suz – you know you rock!

NHA has their new group gift out for August. Group members can pick up these adorable gold Amy Earrings for free. The group is free to join.

The skin I have on today is not free, however I had to have it! I took a trip down to My Second Wardrobe and found this Al Vulo Skin (Miha Soleil Milk) for 75L! My poor SO never knows who he is logging onto. It’s a good thing there is a tag above my head stating my name. My skin, hair and style change by the day lol, but my shape always remains the same.

/me goes out to grab the soaking wet laundry from outside and throw it in the dryer…

Earlier Carson showed some of the male gifts available at ROC – Ranena Olivier Couture, but there also are several gifts and cheapies for all the women. The Violante Suit in Seafoam Green is L$10 until Saturday at midnight. The suit includes tailored slacks, a custom sculpted jacket, and the eye catching bodice. When you enter take a right, the seafoam suit is marked down among the regular priced Violante Suits.

I also picked up the Jade Winter Suit for L$10 on the front counter at ROC – Ranena Olivier Couture. I’m a green lover so both these suits have found a permanent home in my closet!
