We Won’t Let It Be Erased

What? You didn’t think I’d skip the birthday event for my very favorite weekly sale, did you?! Not a chance. This coffee and croissant run is dedicated to you, Fifty Linden Fridays.

The FLF events always have cool themes and this time it’s a whole summer camp vibe for the FLF Bday Bash. It was tempting to go that direction, but instead I went with some of my favorite creators for my favorite sale. It’s favorites all the way down…and I brought croissants! A Sunday morning breakfast run is always a good idea. The free items that I’m showing from the FLF Bday Bash are:

I’m doing familiar weekend things today in SL. Because I’m nothing if not predictable.

To Havoc

As is my weekend custom, I needed to check Havoc for the new weekly free group gift that appears each weekend. And, as is Havoc‘s custom, I was not disappointed. Hair Today

I might actually have a problem with my hair collecting ways. It’s a real problem. There is just so much gift and discounted hair around from amazing designers. I think I added 4 gorgeous hairstyles to my inventory today alone. One of them is the one that I’m wearing here, made by the very talented Wasabi. It is 60L this weekend for Happy Weekend in a fatpack of colors, and that makes me happy.

A Picture is Worth a Thousand Words

Why you have to be so complicated?

I hear that all the time. I just don’t understand why…..

Today’s look features two group gifts. I’m wearing the Rolled Shirt, one of the group gifts that can be found at Complex. This shirt is made for Gianni and Jake bodies, but looks just fine on my Adam body as well. The Complex group does have a 50L join fee, but I’ve received several gifts in this group so far. My Festive Retro Dunks are the Holiday group gift at Vale Koer. This FREE group gift to members comes fitted in the following styles for men and women: Belleza, Maitreya, Slink, TMP, and Gianni. Also included is a HUD switch between flat and ankle locked feet. The Vale Koer group is FREE to join.

Uberman…

With some subtle (and not so subtle) hints from my fellow bloggers, It was ~~decided for me~~ suggested I needed new hair. One of those being the tram G1207 male Hair featured at uber. Back in Black with a Triple Pack

You can never go wrong in basic black. It fits most every situation and you always look good no matter what the occasion. I was lucky enough to stumble across not one but THREE basic black looks and all it cost me was one touch of a slap of a board. The Leather Jacket Triple Pack is the Midnight Mania gift at !BBN! The Buried Man

It’s the end of the world as we know it…

But why sweat the small stuff. I’ve got a shack to live in, a fire to keep me warm, and a large broken statue that creeps me out at night. Who could ask for more? I was lucky enough to win this outfit at the Lucky Board at Angel DELUXE (before the world went to hell in a hand basket). The Desert Outfit can be won if your lucky letter come up. Summer Breeze

Blowin’ in the wind….

There is nothing more refreshing than an unexpected breeze to start blowing. I love the feeling of the air rushing past my body. Even my dog loves it enough to point her nose in the direction of the gust and lets the wind blow her ears back…

Peaceful

That time of the night…

Bedtime…. This is the time of the night when I’m at my most peaceful. “Good nights” and “sweet dreams” have been said and it’s time to turn in.The doors are locked and the dog is waiting for me to crawl under the covers before she hops up to her favorite spot at the foot of the bed. My peaceful look come by way of House of Ruby. The Peaceful Boxers and Tank is the 1L hunt gift for the Peace By Peace Hunt. The form-fitting look is due to the fact that this is an applier outfit. Appliers come in both Omega and Slink and the tank and boxers can be worn together (as shown) or as separates. (To be totally honest, I never thought I’d get the hang of appliers, but it’s easy-peasey) All gifts on the Peace By Peace Hunt are just 1L and the hunt runs all month long. Goodnigzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
