Don’t ScOwl, its Time for a New Fab Free Hunt!

Hey there gang!

It’s been a rough week or so for a few of us Fab Free sisters, but there is excitement now on the horizon and, though you can’t tell from my photo, I am doing a HAPPY dance! This was actually taken before the excitement commenced so maybe I wasn’t all that pleased, still, it’s not every girl who gets to chill with a friend owl!

So as most of you know by know via all the buzz that our most recent Fab Free Hunt is in full swing, and wow! It’s really swinging! The designers have gone all out, and the hunters are already having a blast! I even snuck in a chance to do some hunting and now I am here to show you my finds from one of my favorite places (all the unicorn stuff! Gotta love unicorn themed outfits! Well, I do anyway!) Pink Cream Pie.

Owl Always Love You

Hello there Fab Free’rs! I hope everyone who celebrated Thanksgiving enjoyed the holiday, and that everyone is having a great week. I was visiting relatives for a few days and while it was a nice visit, I’m genuinely happy to be home. I’ve missed being here; I always do when I have to be away for very long. Now, to the good stuff!

There are just a few weeks left in the fall season, I for one have been enjoying the cooler days and the gorgeous autumn colors. Petite Mort recently set out an adorable set of cropped sweaters perfect for fall as a group gift. One sweater is brown with a cute fox graphic, while the other (pictured above) is a lighter shade of brown with an equally cute owl graphic. I love the extra long sleeves, and the slight cowl neck. Both sweaters come in several mesh sizes. At this time the Petite Mort group is just 75 linden to join. There are also group lucky boards at Petite Mort waiting to be played.

ChiChickie floats away in Azul and :SMC:!

Greetings!

I have so many cute and fabulous things to show you today! First, there is this amazing FREE April group gift dress from Azul (FREE to join). I LOVE all the colors in it…so vibrant and fun! Azul has been around a very long time and always makes such beautiful gowns, for top models and MVW contestants, so I was pleasantly surprised to see an every day dress put out as the latest group gift. It just begs for Spring and enjoying all those outdoor activities! Speaking of which, I scored these fabulous balloons at the Monochromatic Fair, from Dyer Maker…the are totally FREE and when you click on them, they play a flying animation (shown in the photo) and cute little butterflies animate around you! The SLURL to Monochromatic Fair is a forced landing, so you will need to search for Dyer Maker, but it is well worth it for such a cute FREE gift!

My smashing hair is one of the fabulously FREE items you can find at the new FabFree Headquarters. Catrin comes with a HUD, so you can choose different colors and is absolutely FREE…compliments of CheChickie! Hair Salon! My Watermelon makeup is also FREE from *Les Petits Details*(*LpD*)…it is worn on a tattoo layer and the pack comes with sinlge as well as combination layers. You’ll find the makeup and many more FREE gifts on the walkways…just outside the clothing and skin shops.

My adorable High Block Heel Sandals are a Lucky Board prize from :SMC:! These sandals are for Slink mid feet and they come with the option to wear the ankle socks or just the sandals! There are several Lucky Boards at :SMC: and the letters turn frequently!

I accessorized this colorful spring outfit with FREE Finger Nails Appliers Slink A/E, Watermelon, from Flair. Just tp to the store and the vendor is inside the door to your left! There are also several more FREE Slink fingernail appliers on the wall! These watermelon appliers are a perfect pick-me-up for those of you still dealing with the cold weather blues and they are FREE!

Second Life is usually considered a playground for the young and the young at heart, or as the old saying goes, “as old as you feel.” Some days that means rocking the saddle shoes and pom poms, and others, well, your bones ache, and suddenly you look at your avatar that would surely get carded, and wonder who in the world you think you are kidding.

This sexy senior citizen is brought to you by REO-G. It is a prize on their group lucky boards, along with several other “grandmotherly and grandfatherly” looking avatars. Each avatar comes with a skin and shape. (The shape shown above is a personal shape, and not the one that comes with the skin) Needless to say I was thrilled to come across these wonderfully detailed “mature” skins. They have surely put a smile on my face, even if Granny looks as if she is “not amused.”
