I Don’t Know What Christmas Is

Fabs I have to be honest with you, I’m so busy and frazzled I can’t remember the source of the gifts I’m showing you today! I mean, I know I got them all at Planet 29, of course, but there’s both an anniversary round with free gifts AND a hunt, and I’m not sure which gift is from which generous thing! Nonetheless, you all are smart and will figure it out 😉 At least one of the items I’m wearing was hidden in the hunt, and I’m pretty sure it’s the dress.

Lost in space

That’s where my head is lately because there’s so much happening across the grid, I’m so lost. Head over to Planet 29 though, join the free group, and the hunt packages and the gift packages look the same. Some were hidden, some were in booths, and I came home with a bunch of cute things.

Planet 29 just opened yesterday and is open until December 20th, so you can wait until Black Friday sales are over. I couldn’t though, I had to come show it all to you! 😉

*See I WAS late. There are still lots of gifts over at Planet 29, but Fantasy World has picked up her booth, so the dress is no longer available as a gift. I was told it’s offered in her store for 50L though!

OK Fabs, this one is super late, as Planet 29 was supposed to close on October 20th, yet, during the 11/11 sale on The Sign sims, I found it’s still open and the gifts are still out! I checked again yesterday, and still open! I had missed this when returning from my hurricane leave, and thought I’d lost out. If you may have missed it too, you still have a chance 😉 Aline showed you some of the free gifts from it HERE ages ago. lol

Like A Bubble

I’m floating away, in a sea (or over a sea) of darkness. One of the reasons I wanted to cram in this blog post is because I thought this dress might also be good for the holidays, since it has this adorable gemmed snowflake belt and charm hanging off. I picked up a bunch of gifts at Planet 29 for free, but these are the ones I’m showing you:

Free Animated Wings by Les Sucreries de Fairy in 7 colors

You have to be careful with the wings, they are some super priority and will make you walk funny if you’re in a spot where you can’t fly, but they do make you float and I totally dig that!

The Planet 29 group is free to join, so pop over ASAP and pick up these gifts if you missed them, no idea when or if they’ll close it down, so best to hurry!

One of my favorite shopping events in Second Life is Planet 29. It’s may not be as well known as the big shopping events, but it is full of some of my favorite designers on the grid. Well, it’s Planet 29‘s 3rd anniversary and they are celebrating in style! Not only do the designers have free gifts for everyone, there’s also a free hunt! We wanted to get this post out ASAP to you, because while Planet 29 is open until December 22nd, the hunt itself ENDS on December 5th, so you must hurry!

Out of this world!

I’m showing you a combination of things from both the anniversary gifts and the hunt today. The package for both looks the same, but the hunt gifts are in a black package and hidden, while the anniversary gifts are in a white package and in most of the vendor booths. You only need to join the free Planet 29 group to collect both, and you have to do a fair bit of hunting 😉

Since most of the free gifts at Planet 29 are accessories, I decided to show you another outfit from Vive Nine, different from the one I blogged here. This denim top and also the shorts are part of the ‘Vintage gift’ package on the front desk. The denim comes in a range of colors, and there’s also a denim jacket if you’re chilly. Yummy Eyeballs

I got hungry. I mean really hungry. Many of the food items hanging out in my inventory are pretty stale after all these years. Luckily I found an entire tray of these yummy eyeballs. They’re cooked to perfection; crispy on the outside and gushy in the middle. Want to try one??

Cute & Spooky

The October group gift from Graffitiwear is this super cute spooky textured dress. It’s a classic style: form-fitting with thin spaghetti straps in case your form changes and your dress starts to slide down. It’s kinda like insurance, ya know. Included in the package is a 6 texture hud so you can pick the one you like best for the dress. It’s free with the Graffitiwear group tag and the group costs $25L to join.
