That’s Amore
Aline would be better suited to write this post since she speaks Italian, but I did notice I took my picture in almost the same exact spot she did the other day, standing at Costa Di Luce. I may not speak Italian, but I do have a deep appreciation for the beauty and romance and food of this country. I used to peruse online home sales in Italy and dream a little dream when I was younger!

I’ve got some delicious new freebies for you all today, Fab Free! We’ll start with my dress. There’s a new event in town, and it’s similar to the Outlet, this one is called The Never Ending Event. It’s a room full of designs that are on sale at 75L and they’ll rotate every 2 months. The event will stay open, no closing dates in site. This round there’s a booth of free gifts from Hideki there too, but I also found this dress from PULSE in their booth. No group was needed, just buy it for 0L and bring it home. It comes rigged for:

I added a few more of the free group gifts over at NaaNaa’s. My Pride necklace and Riley earrings are both gifts there, and the group is free to join. I’ve worn NaaNaa’s my last 3 blog posts, I’m kind of hooked on her jewelry!
Of course, no trip to Italy is complete without an affogato, which is the latest group gift at Andika. I love that her designs are so unique and always come with a dispenser and right and left holds, they’re animated and there’s a decor version. The Andika group is 150L to join and there’s all kinds of delicious food and drink group gifts you can bring home.
Last, I found this postcard at Costa Di Luce! It comes in a decor and hold version, in English and Italian. In fact, there’s a whole little shopping street there with SL stores, and small free gifts you can pick up throughout.

Wasteland
Well October is off to a killer start, no pun intended (maybe just a lil) 😉 There seem to be hunts and gifts galore already, and one I didn’t even expect, it’s the 1st Anniversary of the Wasteland Event!

Wasteland is a shopping event on the darker side of Second Life, which is exactly what we’re looking for this month! There’s gifts for everyone, even if you don’t lean to the dark side 😉 I’m wearing 3 gifts I picked up there!

Somebody’s Watching Me!
Spooky things happen in Second Life! One of the spookiest, that we all look forward to each year, is the annual Spookzilla Hunt! This year it is bigger than ever, which is nuts, because it’s always huge. There are something like 355 stores participating? :O Each store has 1-5 ghosts hidden in the SIM, each store’s ghost has a different texture. The hunt prizes range in price from 0L-25L. You can look through all the prizes HERE so if you’re organized (I am not lol) you can make a list of the things you want to find. It can be a time consuming hunt, because there’s so much to look for, so plan accordingly. It took this hippie chick so much time, this tree branch grew into my eye, and my eye has now grown up through the ground on a root! Look at it over there just peepin on me! Well the eye says it’s time to SEE what I got at the Spookzilla Hunt.

Arcade Gifts A Plenty
Good afternoon Fabulous Readers! I have to start my post off by warning you that you will probably want to grab a coffee or make sure you are comfy in your chair because this is a looooong post! I usually try to keep my posts short and sweet, but when I opened the rest of The Arcade Gacha gifts that I picked up under the tree I found that there was a ton of décor and I decided to put a little set together. I was so happy with how it turned out that I called Astrid over to snap a photo with me!
Aside from the décor items that I will mention shortly, I wanted to also tell you about a couple things Astrid and I are wearing. Astrid’s red hot little number is called Eclipse Mini and can be found, priced at 10L for the Christmas on 34th Street Event. My sparkly black Holiday Cocktail Dress is not only fab for your upcoming holiday events, but makes for a great date night dress any time of the year. This dress is by [RUBY] and can be picked up for FREE in the KittycatS Advent Calendar! Instead of tossing on a necklace as I usually would, I decided to wear some ink instead! I don’t normally wear a lot of ink, but when I came across the Creed Tattoo by White Widow as a FREE Peace on Earth Hunt Prize, I knew it would be hot with a black dress! This tattoo works with system bodies and comes with a ton of different appliers for mesh bodies.
