It’s a Great Day

TGIF! That spells sales in my book. I mostly shopped in online galleries to see what is out there at reduced prices. I saw a few items I decided to grab at lower prices! It may seem that I am inappropriately dressed again. That’s not the case today cause I’m slaving under the hot lights in the studio.

Blossie has this super cute little dress on sale for Fifty Linden Friday. Hanae comes as a three pack with the texture change hud. There are 2 versions to choose from. All of the textures are beautiful and there are cute details like the dainty looking ties that add a bit of ruching. It is a brief minidress as are much of the styles these days. Or maybe it’s because I gravitate just a wee bit towards short dresses.

One Day Early

I’ve been a member of the No_Match store group for years now. There are 2 hairstyles on sale this weekend. My messy looking updo is The Saturday Sale offer,  No_Betrayal. It’s on sale for $75/color pack at the store. I think it’s a style you can wear for casual or dressy occasions. It lets me show off some earrings I picked up last month at Raon. The MakeaWish earrings comes with a hud lets you change most parts of the earrings so matching them to just about any outfit is possible.

Oh I really love Aline’s idea about Second Christmas, as there’s still so many new and free Christmas gifts to be had across the grid.  Put me down for this tradition every year too, please!

Heading into the new year

One of the fun holiday gift stations this season has been over at the Aurica/#Error/Sedux/Littlepaws/LilMeow sim.  Each of these stores have designed one holiday gift for everyone, and it doesn’t even require a group to get it, just buy it for 0L and bring it home free.  The days the gifts are available are split up, and if you didn’t use the Fab Free Advent list guide each day for advents you may have missed this one, as it was added toward the end of the month.  The gifts arrive on these dates: Dec 20, 22,25,27 & 30 and so far we’ve been able to get them all whenever we visit.  Today I’m showing you the gift from Christmas Day, the free gift from #Error.  This fuzzy little number comes in a fatpack of (mostly) Christmas textures, although two of these textures have hearts, so I chose that, to convince you that although the Christmas holidays are over, you can still wear this dress for months to come.  There’s a full fatpack of skirt colors too.  It’s sized for:

I know 2025 is creeping up on us quickly but there’s a group that’s been made free until December 30th you may want to join, and there’s even a free hairstyle in the notices.  The Studio Exposure group is normally 200L to join but she’s opened it up free until the end of the year.  You can either grab this hairstyle right out of the group notices or pick it up at the store.  It’s a full fatpack of hairbases for EvoX and a matching bun with a hud, and even includes this adorable bow in 4 colors.  The bow is separate from the hairstyle too.

Swingin’ Them Jingle Bells

When I picked up this hairstyle from RAON in the free Lelutka 12 Days of Christmas gift event, I squealed.  It’s just the cat’s pajamas don’t you think?  I was completely inspired to head over to the Time Portal and visit 1920’s New York City.  Standing in front of the newsy while listening to Fats Waller sing ‘Swinging Them Jingle Bells’ I was completely transported.  That Beachy, the good time gal 😉

That’s how I felt dressed in this outfit from Petrichor’s advent calendar.  This calendar doesn’t need a group, and each gift is only 1L and you can get past gifts!  I’m wearing the Karyanas dress and boots, and aren’t they just the bees knees?  Paired with these Azwenn glasses and earrings from the same calendar, it’s the berries.  I look marvelous.  Don’t be a patsy and skip this calendar.  The dress and boots come in these sizes:

As you all know, Im a sucker for Swallow Ears .. and for the 15th – 17th inclusive, they have the “Gauged XL” ears for LeLutka Evo X available as a free group gift for both male and female! After the 17th they go back to being full price so if gauged ears are your thing, grab these while you can! The group is free to join, wear the group tag and then pay 1L which is refunded. The Middle Of Winter And You’re The Sun

Fifty Linden Friday fun now with some great discounts for you! First is the “Hair Horns Set” by BonBon which are really cute and would be perfect to have in your inventory for upcoming spooky season! You get five different styles and the colour HUD so you can match them to a myriad of different colours.

Next are these Neon Bat Wings by Doe which come in two special edition FLF colours for this weekend. The picture doesn’t show it very well but they flood on and off with neon colour which is such a cool effect!

Lastly, Ghoul have the “Kishii Suit” as their FLF item this week. This comes in a whole slew of colours for you to choose from. I went for the “Viole(n)t” colour, mostly because the name of it amused me. The bodysuit comes with an HUD that you can choose to texture it as latex or a glitter version of the colour, and also change the opacity if you want to be a bit more daring. These fabulous “Bat Glasses” are the free gift by Kuni and they helped set the tone for todays post. The included HUD offers colour options for the metal frames and they have a resize script in them to help with fitting.

Another great free gift are the “Simple Gauged Earrings” by Wraith. They come with a few fitting options for both Swallow Gauge Ears and Andore Ears.

Finally I finished the look with the free gift “HD Neon Lipsticks” for LeLutka Evo X by Top1Salon. There are 10 super glossy lip colours to choose from on the HUD, with two different options of full lip or blended outline. I chose one of the deeper colours on the HUD but there are some neon blues and pinks that will knock your socks off!

Happy Thursday everyone. And just like that, we are nearing the end of another week! Its been quite stormy here over the last few days but I don’t mind that. I quite like the rain!

Going Off-Line

I stopped off at a brand new store to me called Off-Line earlier today and found the really cute “Nats Crop Top” as a free group gift. It is a full fat pack and comes with a colour HUD that has 28 colour options for you to choose from. I decided to take a little detour away from my usual Black and chose this beautiful Purple tone, which I really love. The general store group is free to join. Finally I popped over to Unholy, which is another of my favourite stores. They have lots of group gifts available from amazing jewellery to skins and some make up too.
