Bellisseria Road Trip – Day Five

After spending the day at the beach Clyde was exhausted so I was excited to find this super cute motel to spend the night. I swear it was decorated just for me, all pink and floral with a floating pink bed (girly squeal). Here I am ready for bed in my jammies I purchased with free store credit (get it soon, expired on 10/12) from Good Girls; don’t I look like a good girl *winks? The Surf Motel is a private house boat that the owner has turned into a public space for everyone to use, finding these hidden gems makes exploring Bellisseria extra fun.

I decided to spend most of the day relaxing at the motel since it was such a beautiful day and I am not following any type of schedule (those are the best road trips). This sexy bikini from Good Girls was another purchase with the store credit. Looking out over the inviting water, I think it’s time for a swim.

The Surf Motel has some great amenities including Bumper Boats, Paddle Boats and Greedy, so you can have fun with your friends.

Even though we were enjoying the relaxing day by the water I wanted to get to the Haunted Neighborhood that I had heard about.

By the time we found the haunted spot it was getting dark and creepy. I am glad I decided to wear an outfit I can run fast in. This cute pink romper is a free group gift from Osmia and since it was getting chilly I needed a jacket which is from Coco, another free group gift.

I noticed that quite a few of the houses in this neighborhood were selling for very cheap. I thought I should check one of them out just in case it was a good deal; can’t pass up a good deal right?

I am really glad I picked up a free flashlight that was offered at the start of the neighborhood as it was getting pretty dark and seemed like the electricity was shut off in the house. After taking a peak and noticing what seemed like blood splatter on the walls I decided that maybe it wasn’t a good place be an night.

Clyde and I hurried back to the Jeep and I am not ashamed to admit I might have drove over the speed limit to get the hell out of there.

Bellisseria Road Trip – Day Four

Clyde & I started day 4 of our road trip by driving from Campwich Lodge to a houseboat community where I had heard there was a café on the water. We parked the jeep and I just had to take a picture in this adorable park where the butterfly’s fliting amongst the flowers. I choose another casual outfit suitable for driving and exploring, the jumpsuit is a free gift from Coco and I am obsessed with these slides from Reign (need to find them in RL).

We waked down to the houseboats and found YingYang Free Cafe, got a bite to eat before heading to the beach. YingYang provides a 30 minute rezz in the slip so I put down my MadPea inflatable boat rezzer and off we went.

The views are amazing as your cruising along the coast line.

We made it to the beach in Puffin Head which is next to a community of Traditional Homes, such a lovely neighborhood. We stopped for a coffee at Java Sprockets, I highly recommend you visit as the pastries are amazing.

Next to the café is a bike rental, well it’s free and you click to get a bike to wear so you can ride anywhere in Bellisseria. Clyde and I biked around the community looking at all the lovely homes that are all perfectly landscaped. Please explore the beach and community as there is lots to see and do.

After biking around I was hot and the water looked cool, so I changed into my bikini which was a free gift from Pure Poison and took a dip. The poses that I used in this picture and next are also a free gift from Loel.

The day was almost over, so I had a drink at The Boat Bar and enjoyed watching the sunset. Time to plan my next adventure in Bellisseria!

Bellisseria Road Trip – Day Three

I spent day 3 of my Bellisseria road trip at Campwich Lodge, to start my day I had to get coffee and pastry at the adorable coffee bar inside the lodge, can’t do anything before coffee. I dressed to impress with a free dress that was an Uber gift from Mimikri (Uber ends on 9/22) and the sandals are FabFree group gift from Horl.

The sun was hot and the water looked cool so I changed into this watermelonlicious bikini from Dreams, it’s a free group gift, making it more mouth watering. I was able to rezz my floatie and spend some time just bobbing around the lake. You can rezz a boats, kayaks, or jet skis at any of the three docks and cruise around to your hearts content.

After floating around the lake for a bit, I decided to hike to the top of the hill where the zip line was. It was a long way down and there isn’t a safety harness so hold on tight!! I made it down without falling off but I might need to make sure my SL insurance premiums are paid up just in case.

To end our day Clyde and I enjoyed the rest of the evening on the deck watching the sun go down on another Bellisseria adventure.

Bellisseria Road Trip – Day Two

It’s day 2 of my 7 day road trip around Bellisseria! I decided that another casual and comfortable outfit was needed as I had a long day of driving and hiking planned.

This cute top was perfect to stay cool and hot at the same time (winks), it is a group gift from Parfait, which is 75L to join. I am obsessed with these baggy jeans, and I paired them with some classic sneakers and off we went…

After driving for about for a few hours (30 RL minutes) we stopped for a bite to eat at Breezy Basin and hiked to the top of the hill to relax and enjoy the view.

While I am exploring Bellisseria I am not teleporting to any of these locations as I want to try to keep this as realistic as possible but as you know driving over sim crossings can get a bit hairy and I lost Clyde on my way to Breezy Basin so when I hopped out of my jeep, it was returned to my inventory and I was without transportation until I could find a rezz zone. I teleported Clyde to my location and proceeded to walk to the next rezz zone which was about another 20 min SL time, but being able to enjoy the beautiful scenery that was created by the Linden Moles and the folks that live there was worth the walk.

I stopped for coffee at a log home that someone graciously turned into a Pumpkin Patch & Cafe, what a nice place to rest.

Finally after another 2 or 3 hours of driving and many turn arounds, I reached my destination Campwich Lodge. What a beautiful place to spend the night and rest up for tomorrows adventure.

Bellisseria Road Trip – Day One

In one of my previous posts titled “Bicycle Not Built For Two” I mentioned Bellisseria, where the 2nd generation of linden homes are located. This area is connected together by roads, railways and sea so you can travel from parcel to parcel without teleporting by walking, driving, biking and boating. This is day 1 of a 7 day road trip around Bellisseria. My traveling companion on this trip is my beloved dog Clyde.

I started my trip from my home and wanted to be comfortable as I didn’t know how long it would take me to find my camping spot for the night. I found these cute sweats for free from Blueberry, the puffer jacket is a free group gift from The Free Dove, and the shoes are a free gift from the Orsy event.

I drove for about 30 minutes (I calculate that is 2 or 3 hours in SL time) and found a great spot to rest and eat lunch. You can rezz a car or boat in this area, but be quick to jump in or it will auto return to you.

Another 30 minutes and a few dead end turn arounds later (SL GPS is not as good and RL) I found the perfect place to setup my tent and get some sleep before heading out for more adventures. You can’t rezz where I setup camp so I had to use items that you wear (moved around for pictures).
